3 questions

1. Why would you grab someone ass after they're up above head height? :lol

2. WTF is up with loki in 2nd pic? :lol

3. Is that Mrs. Moon's way of telling you enough to drink keith? (sitting on the chill case for beer) :lol

I don't know why everyone thought it would a good idea to punch me in the nuts but I got hit like 5 times. I was done after that :monkey4

A bit more. If I had to give the weekend a theme I would definately say roof climbing was our thing.

OK, for simplicity I'm putting this out there for all to see.

You can actually thank Bobby Flay for the basic recipe for the wings, I just simplified one of his recipes.

Sauce

1 cup red wine vinegar
4 Tablespoons pureed ancho chili pepper in adobo (you can find this in the mexican food isle at the grocery, canned. I pureed it in my blender)
4 Tablespoons Ancho Chili Powder
2 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard (I used Grey Poupon)
2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Tablespoons Honey
2 sticks of unsalted butter

In a small sauce pan, bring the vinegar, pureed chili pepper and Ancho chili powder to a simmer. Remove from heat and wisk in mustard, salt, honey and butter until smooth.

You can always use more or less of either the pureed chili's or chili powder (to taste).

Wings

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 3 cloves of minced garlic. When hot, fry wings in oil and garlic over medium high heat until the skin on the wings is brown and crispy. You don't have to worry about cooking the wings thru because we're going to finish them in the oven.

Once all the wings (this will make about 40 wings) have been nicely browned and crispy, transfer them into a 9x11 baking pan. Cover them with the already prepared sauce and bake at 350 until the sauce has kinda cooked into the wings. I did reserve a small amount of sauce to toss the wings in after they came out of the oven (but we were drunk by the time we were eating ours....so I kinda forgot about it!).

As a tip, this was really easy for a party because I fried all the wings in the morning and stored them in the fridge until we were ready to eat them, then I just poured on some sauce, tossed to coat and put them in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until they were hot and tasty!

next time ya gotta do the drink roulette

you could use the scene it game & every wrong answer then they have to spin the wheel and drink vary from a beer bong to quadruple shots :lol
