Bli-zocked. Thanks.
This thread is getting me scared. I want to sell some things on eBay to get some cash, they are not selling here on the board, but now I don't know if it's even worth it.
Ok, I just had someone ____ me over on a fixed auction. I had a buy-it-now and a best offer option on the listing. So anyways the ******** decides to submit a best offer of $275 (which was the best offer reserve) wins the auction and emails me saying it was a typo and she meant to offer $225. I call bull____ on her and tell her it's not my problem.
So my questions is, can I re-list the item and file a non-paying bidder strike against her at the same time? I know a non-paying bidder strike takes a few days after the auction ends to be able to be filed. But I was curious how this worked and I am super pissed. Best offer sucks ass. Help me out my fellow ____ed over freaks.
If they won the auction they are legally bound to complete the transaction according to eBay's bidding policy when she submitted her "best offer" bid and was accepted. Refer her to ebay's bidding policy and tell her she is obligated to send payment or you will have to file a non-payment dispute.

This isn't exactly on topic, but I just wanted to belly ache somewhere.
I came across a lot of 3 Edward Scissorhands Figures on eBay. The 6", 9", and 18" figures.
Not sure what the 9" one is. And I already own the 6" one. But I have always wanted the 18" figure. Unfortunately it usually sells for between $150 and $200, so I have never entertained any real hope of owning one.
This is the auction I came across by accident the other day:
https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300399480542&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
I "watched" the auction but kind of forgot about it assuming that it would quickly get to rich for my blood.
I didn't get the "watched item ending soon email notice until it was too late and it (the whole lot) sold for $65.05 SHIPPED!!!
I doubt I will ever get an opportunity like that again.
I tried to put her on my blocked list but eBay keeps telling me the ID isn't valid.Relisted and SOLD motherfrakkers! I even ripped on her on the listing. her name is MISSYARDSALE. She even told me she didn't even have a ____ing job! The balls on her, and if she's on here ____ you lady.
So when does the buyer get the last say. You know?!
And now, if I file a non paying bidder thing, she can leave me negative feedback saying I didn't give enough time to pay, or something. My auction stated 2 days after auction ends I need payment...Today, like i stated, is day 5. I have been giving her enough time, and I plan to still give her a couple more days. So when does the buyer get the last say. You know?!
If you file a non-paying bidder claim, I don't think the buyer can leave you any sort of feedback.
Per eBay's Non-Paying Bidder/Buyer's policy you can open an Unpaid Item case after 4 days of non-payment. The buyer has up to 4 days to send a payment after a case is opened by the seller.
Unpaid Item Process
Have you contacted the buyer concerning payment?
I just wanted to add to this, I hate buyers on ebay. I have been putting up comics, etc over the last while to sell. They have been selling, people have been paying, etc. I put up Buffy variants, someone bid, and won. Never paid. Waited days, filed a non paying bidder thing and then got that over with. Never got paid, nothing. Relisted, they didn't sell. Relisted again, someone bought them doing bin...never paid! Totally different person. Over 1000 positive feedback, no negative. I have messaged them, and just sent an invoice today hoping they get the message.
What is going on here? Why are people doing this without saying something to me like, "hey, I can't pay right now, are you willing to wait a week, or something?"
My auction stated I needed payment within 2 days of auctions end. Today is day 5. I'll wait a few more days before I file, but I am getting so tired of this.
And yep. I have. 2 times, and then today (day 5) I send them a copy of the invoice. They didn't need that, but it was my 3rd hint that they need to pay!

Is there a way to block messages from an ebay member? I have an item for sale and I get messaged 3 times a day from some guy asking if he can put money down and pay in installments. I've lost track of how many times or ways I've said "no", but he just doesn't get it. It's one of those 'listed until it sells" BIN listings, so I've been putting up with this for quite a while now.
I've tried blocking the guy from purchasing, but he can still send messages.
