That one I posted above is actually mine, and I go to lengths to make sure that I'm completely honest with buyers, that I get my stuff out ASAP, and that shipping costs are fair, but even then, you are right--getting a perfect rating is difficult to impossible because different people have different perceptions about how these things work or should be rated (see Nash above, who thinks that $100 shipping for something that costs $5 to ship should be given 5 stars on that indicator). But I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bathwater. On the whole, after enough transactions, potential buyers get a pretty good feel for how legit a seller is I think. If you have 100 ratings and an average 1 star on shipping cost, then that means you charge too much for shipping. Same on communication, speed of shipping, etc. Feedback in general is, I think, a very good thing. But as posted above, I just wish it were applicable to buyers as well.
