I cant believe that message he sent you??!!, have eBay got back to you yet about the unpaid strike or his threatening emails yet?

They have gotten back to me about the unpaid item strike and said that they would be removing it. As far as the harassing emails, no word yet. I haven't lost faith yet though because these things can take a while. I get about 3 or more emails a day from this guy. I have stopped responding to them. The funniest thing about all this is that all this drama was created over a single negative feedback. Hate to see what this guy would be like if something bad actually happened to him.

Sweet, glad you got that removed at least, although how you got it in the first place still baffles me, but thats evilbay I guess
.You do right ignoring him,he's not worth the hassle, obviously has way too much free time on his hands.

Glad to hear they're getting it straightened out. Sounds like something bad probably already did happen to him, and now he's his own worst enemy. I'd recommend psychiatric therapy... if I really gave a ****! Let 'im burn!!!
Fuuny.. I had a buyer try and scam me last sale I made.. Sold him the item(for $900), then he sent me pictures of a similar item, clearly not what I sent him, and It looked like it had been dragged on the street for 10 miles, not to mention covered w/ dust and stained. Also it had parts broken off of it and could not provide me a photo of the missing parts. When I asked for more evidence as in the item's edition number, he could not provide that and I got met w/ rants of how he is a lawyer, watch out, ect ect..
He eventually filed ebay and PP claims which did not hold.. Regardless a big waste of my time.. Plus you never know how PP will judge a case.. I wasn't sure if I was ^^^^ed or not for 45 plus days as he finially filed the PP claim on the last day when he realized I would not refund him. Plus he wanted a full refund, then he said he would send the item back afterwards.. SuuUUuuUUuUUre..
I'm not about to deal w/ idiots like him ever again.. No more selling. Not to mention the 2 buyers prior to him were clearly scammers as well. Ebay seems to support these idiots.

Yeah ebay has just gotten worse and worse lately- not that it was ever good. I always try to sell things on here first to avoid ebay. I have to put so many rules and stipulations in my auctions to avoid being scammed it's not even funny.
My feedback is flawless so it makes me wonder why this seller would doubt my integrity. I try to treat every one with respect and decency and since I wasn't I did what I had to do- I gave the guy a negative which I truly felt he deserved. I never even filed a Paypal claim. Oh well, some people are just crazy I guess.
I will continue to try and avoid ebay in the future. It just seems like the healthiest course of action. Sorry you had to go through that ordeal Bodie... especially 3 times!

I have 100% feedback too over the course of 10 years.. I think some scammers see this as an advantage as they can hold my flawless feedback over my head..
Again, no more selling.. Too many loopholes scammers try and take advantage of. You certainly run into some disturbed people..
