Ebay Nightmare!!!

I'm getting burned out on selling there as well... just too much of a pain. And I'm real upset that you can't leave shady buyers negative feedback. Turns out Grangewallis and me are both dealing with the same deadbeat, but have not recourse to warn others.

Once I finish selling the bulk of what I have left, my ebay days will be reserved to the occasional sure fire flip.

I wouldn't worry about him, he obviously has no case. I mean really, how is it going to look in court when the judge sees his email to you with him saying things like, you'll pay for my cruise, house, etc...That's a bunch of crap and from what I've seen in court he would wind up on the wrong side and the judge would let him have it. As someone else mentioned, you would wind up with the case for harassment. So I wouldn't worry, if it actually went to court it would go nowhere except for your possible counter suit.. You should keep all the emails and documentation for court purposes just in case though..

Thanks for the words, I appreciate them. I too have seen people like this battle it out in court and they always get on the wrong side of the judge. Some people just suck at life I suppose.

Got an email telling me they were going to remove it.

Also, this guy is now telling me he is an officer of the law and the judge is going to look down on me because he is going to wear his uniform to court. I got like 3 messages all telling me the same thing. That he is going to sue me and enjoy a cruise on my dime blah blah. I am sure the judge will admire his behavior and if this guy is really a cop then god save America!

Now I am hoping ebay will address the retaliatory feedback this goon has left me. As always the cooler heads will prevail!

Believe me I have told him several times that the negative is going nowhere and that he has earned it. I am stubborn, stubborn, and more stubborn with things like this. His behavior has just proved without a shadow of a doubt that he has really earned his negative even more.

I have sued someone before so luckily I know how it really is. This guy sounds like a broken episode of Law and Order. Defaming- Does the guy know how difficult it would be to get a judgement for that, let alone one that would pay thousands of dollars. Plus court is just the first step, then he has to collect...

To be honest though I am bored with this guy. I have stopped responding to his emails because he is not intelligent and just goes on about the same thing. That's no way to argue or debate. Plus the more you talk the deeper your hole becomes.
