Mesa
Super Freak
I think Mesa was being preventive.
Yeah, I was, and maybe over-reacted. sorry.
I think Mesa was being preventive.
I agree, which is why he will get my vote.We have two issues hurting the economy:
Oil prices
Sub Prime loan crisis.
Oil prices have been controlled by speculators because we have limited the supply though drilling bans.
Sub Prime loans are because of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac making and buying bad mortgages.
The rhetoric is to blame George Bush and his administration, when in reality his tax program was incredibly successful in bringing in record tax revenue and the only deregulation that contributed to this disaster was the deregulation supported by the Democrats allowing F&F to go unchecked.
This is the result of Congressional mismanagement not executive mismanagement, and all of Obama's ads say "Blame Bush and I will fix this" when in reality he was one of the ones who could have prevented this, not Bush.
So he wants to be rewarded for a problem he helped to create.
John McCain was right about regulating Freddie and Fannie, he was right about the surge, he was right about the government spending too much, he was right about Russia.
I think he will be right about getting the economy on track too.
