So awesome about the custom figure raffle! Does it go by per ticket. For ex if you bought two you are entered twice and does already purchased tickets get entered?

Yes, it is per ticket. So, if you're willing to purchase more than one ticket to improve your chances of winning one of these custom figures, go for it! And of course, those who have purchased tickets already are eligible as well.
