I think his head and suit are completely custom built.

It depends on wich CAP you're refering?
WWII version or modern version.

If you are reffering to the WWII verions here's the breakdown

Headsculpt : Dragon William Goldman headscupt
Leather helmet : Sculpted on the head and painted
Helmet : DID Miller metal helmet repainted
Uniform : Dragon Panzer unifrom bleached and dye in blue
White and red stripe are sew to the uniform and then weathered
Shirt : DID Miller
Belt, harness, holster, pouches, knife : DID Miller
Leggings : DID Miller dye in red and weathered
Shoes : Newline miniatures
Gloves : HT Police joker repainted
Shield : DID recut and reshaped and then repainted

and for the modern one the head and suit was made by greydeath.

Yes he is!

BTW he's on a wiplash modified body.
Legging are from DID and boots by newline.

The gloes are modified sideshow vader gloves, belt and harness came from the chris redfield figure and were dye in brown.

THe shield came from the marvel legend 12" cap.

Yes it is, but beware that kit was very bad qaulity, i had to resculpt the mask a bit.
The only thing usable form that kit was actually the mask, even the face underneath was bad casted.
