Not a pic from the con.

Yes it is. Which Asian country it was eludes my memory, but it's from a con there.... everyone complained, including myself, about how poorly she was displayed (as seen by her cape tie in this pic) and by her cape in other pics. This is not a consumer "in hand" pic.

Whether or not it's a final production piece, I can't comment... I have no idea.

Secondly i saw this at 'con' last year

That sample was a production piece

The sample on their website is a production piece, hench no 'prototype' logo

That new pic is an in hand production piece CLEARLY.

And it still looks like ****.

I think people are talking about the pics from a con in Asia somewhere a while back. I haven't seen any "in hand" pics from buyers.

Besides it being silly to say San Diego is the only relevant Con in the world, maybe you should have read the post directly above the one with the picture to see that he clearly wrote "con in Asia".

Yeah, not SDCC I simply said it's not a consumer in hand pic in response to someone asking how we could be seeing "in hand" pics with shipping still being 3-5 weeks out. And I don't think anything I said was incorrect.

The short hair head looks horrid, no question. I'm a little surprised at the thickness of the string for her cape. At this point SS knows scale is so important with real fabrics on these... why use a shoelace??

It's a real shame it turned out the way it has. I was on the fence, and thought about getting Emma, even just the standard version to stand with my PF Scarlet Witch, but seeing a picture like that, it's hard not to feel disappointed.

If this was at SDCC there would have pictures of it all over this thread so the pic obviously isn't from there. I'm reserving judgement until I see good in-hand pics or official new pics from SS.

Yeah, look forward to in-hand QUALITY pics, so I'll hold reservations until then. Fingers crossed it comes out nice. I felt the first Emma PF missed the mark. I hope we don't go 0-2.

Don't look bad to me. Just not a fan of the hair (lack of) details.

I think that's the biggest thing I could see that didn't agree with me. The lack of detail and the 'poofiness' bothers me - but again, hopefully, I'm wrong. The rest looks pretty darn good though.

Yeah for that reason, as well as that awkward curtain of hair above her forehead. The body and face was fine, still could do with a slight better paint job, but that's about it for me. Honestly I won't be looking at her head, so I really don't care.
