This is a backburner project I've been working on & off for some time now.I had originally was going to hold off on posting anything about him till I was farther along.After a little chat with Dorgs the other day,I decided to at least post what has been done so far.Due to the size of this guy-and other projects,it will be still some time yet before he's completed.However being that there is still SO much more build up to apply,he still progresses as I work on other sculpts...it's been a good way to make use of leftover clay without throwing it out

Now that several things real life had shat in my lap seem to be over with & a slow attempt to get back in the groove of things....figure it's time for a little update on my recent shinanigans.
Mr Squid now has a neck!
I sculpted over the upper torso of a butchered 1/6 victim creating a neck joint for the head to fit on.The idea,once cast,is for this piece to be glued to the shoulders of a figure so the head can fit right on it still allowing it to turn from side to side(if desired)as well as show some sexy skin

Hands are the only thing left to do.
We just need a Mon Calamari sculpt - hear that, Duane?
Cool idea, but the Quarren are allied with the Seps. Are any of the Jedi from Separatist Alliance races? Of course, you could always buy 20-30 of Duane's Quarrens to recreate the upcoming "Water Wars" episode of the CW!
