Well, yeah...the likeness is alright...but to me...likeness means a bit more and not just the overall sculpt. It inherits the paintjob to give a COMPLETE representation of a certain character and no statue did that to me and only the figures that I own, or like thr 1st EB 1:4...which I do regret a bit not getting him, due to the cyberdyne gear that comes with the BD...

I wouldn't worry about him (geddit?)

I tried the first figure with Cyberdyne gear and I've gotta say it just didn't look all that good, certainly not as good as the DX10 looks all geared up. I would have reset him (original Enterbay) to the Galleria look only I didn't want to go through the stress of changing T-shirts again and so I left him as the Battle Across Time version, grey T, gloves, sunglasses, plasma rifle and shotgun.

Sure thing.
:wink1:

THAT´S what I thought also, when I saw a cyberdyne converted 1st EB T-800. There is something STRANGELY off and I can´t pinpoint it. HT just did it with the DX-10.
But I do think about setting up the gatling in kind of a way.
This piece just looks awesome.

Gotta pic of your T2:3D T-800, Andrew?!?

Man, I just start to get all those details. This piece just keeps amazing me, especially the hesdsculpt and all the endoskeletal details. I guess I will paint the part at the knee, where the articulation keeps popping up, first a layer silver a then a selfmixed layer red.
Also chose a pose like I wanted.
Walking, or more limping towards Sarah, John and the T-1000.
It looks really livelike and I'll post a pic of it and half of my 1:4 display later.
:yess:

Thx, Andrew.
It really looks great.
Just had to reset the pose a little due to the shelf not having THAT much of depth and the light needs to get a little more in the face, but later more on that when it´s dark and I can light him appropriatly...

Sorry guys...hope to get good pics tomorrow.
This piece deserves no less.
Anti-shake-function on my little digital cam is a pile of donky dung.
:gah:
I need to re-take almost all I made a few minutes ago again.
Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
Could take tons of this without moving him the slightes bit.
This piece is just amazing.
:rock :yess:

So, finally a few decent pics.
Deffo need to take more and especially find a good stance to accomodate the ****** anti-shaking from my cam.
Hope you guys like´em either way.
More with "better" lighting, once my endo arrived...cannot wait, I´m telling ya, but now (I hope) you enjoy:

Either way, I love this to death, really.
Such an amazing piece and will definitly be the centerpiece together with my endo.
:):peace

He looks great. Excellent shots for the likeness...not that its actually possible to take bad shots for the likeness with this figure

Welcome to the club, Endo ! Awesome.
Both BD T-800 and endo are must. You will trully enjoy that moment when both are side by side, like most of us do. :D

Congrats on Arnie, Timo. :hi5: It's truely a figure no T2 fan should miss IMO.

I finally decided that I want to try the "two intact arms" pose with mine though, despite the movie inaccuracy. I got a clean leather jacket the other day for 50€, and ordered a pistol from the first version as well on ebay. I still have to weather the clean jacket, but hopefully V-Raptor can help me out with that (expect a PM soon on that ;)).

Thx, man. Definitely not regret the buy.
The details are amazing and EB truly beat HT there.
I'm eager to see HT's BD and if the delay meant that they fix the BD details...

Great shots Endo, glad your as happy with yours as the rest of us seem to be. Really can't wait to see what 1/4 scale figure Enterbay actually release next. As long as it's not Jordon that is.

Some quick pics I took today...still arguably one of the best pound for pound figures ever released...

I think both your WORDS and PICTURES perfectly described the figure, Roberto.

It would be a long time before a figure be it from HT or EB themselves top this greatness, even non-Terminator fans who are into action figures should own this, or they would be sorry for what they have missed.

Man guys...I've been eyeing this figure for MONTHS. I have and still love the EB Bats. I had the clean T2, but sold it in anticipation for the BD one.

Then, I got cold feet, and talked myself out of it because I felt silly replacing one figure with sort of the same one. And I wasn't sure if I wanted to save up for something else.

But now I'm back here...riding the fence again :lol

Roberto--is your figure customized at all in terms of paint or extra dirt added to it?

Hi Pacman, I have added a light coverage of powdered dust to the uniform to try and create a more weathered look...to be honest it's more noticeable in hand when compared to the pictures I've posted. I do plan to add more weathering detail to him...I do want to improve the chrome parts and make them appear more solid and a slightly more risky custom that I plan doing is burning parts of his jacket and pants...but this is just an idea and not sure if I'll risk it :panic:
