Avoid the middle man and buy it for retail from enterbay.I got mine in mint condition directly from them.

Problem with this is that if you're one of the unlucky ones who gets a faulty figure, good luck getting a replacement from Enterbay. They are known for shocking quality control and customer service, hence why most guys buy from a reputable retailer.

Well to be fair, every time i contacted ENTERBAY i got a reply, not fast but got a reply.
As long as you contact them when you receive your faulty figure you good, i think they have A 14days policy or somehting like that.
But yeah i rather pay extra and have a perfect product than go through the hoops in case something s wrong.
But recently i only heard good thing about people receiving their BD directly from Enterbay without hassle so...

Well, I ordered mine directly from them and I think it should be here in a couple of weeks (I ordered a week or so ago). It's funny, at the start of this thread I said this was going to be a "day one pre-order" but only got one now.

I'll let you guys know if there was any problem once I have in hands. I'm not too concerned though.

Did anyone order from Pop Culture Zone? Are they a brand new vendor? I am a bit nervous with brand new vendors

Plus I was reviewing Alter Ego Comics' return policy and BBTS return policy. I know in case of a manufacturer defect, BBTS will pay for return shipping and issue either a refund or replacement. But Alter Ego only says they will try to get a replacement from the manufacturer, or issue a refund or partial refund, based on their own discretion.

Does alter Ego pay for return shipping on manufactuere defects?

My main concern is that led light won't light up

Got mine from them. They packed it so well, so much newspaper, it was crazy. My item arrived 12-24-13 my order was placed 12-20-13. They also include freebies which is cool, you just have to pay for the shipping.

No worries it's ok.

Nothing out there has yet to beat this sculpt. DX-13 looks completely off when you view it next to this. Good luck on Sideshow getting the PF looking as good or better.

Alrght, my BD Terminator came from Enterbay today! Everything arrived in good condition. They packed it in two boxes and the figure had no flaws. I'm happy I ordered directly with them as I ended up saving some money that way plus I got to have in hands sooner. Now... what a figure, man! Hand's down, best representation of the character out there. I know people have been talking about the SS Statue that is coming but I know it won't top this.

My only nitpick is that I wish it came with a battle damaged M79. Regardless of that, you got give it to Enterbay. This Terminator line is killer! These figures look so good on display. If they make a 1/4 endo, I'll die a happy man. I feel that is all I need now to complete my Terminator collection (until the next best thing comes along, offcourse... it's a never ending cycle :slap)

Two weeks in hand and this sucka still looks jaw dropping . Don't know how Enterbay did it and don't know why I waited a year to get this.

I recently bought the T800 BD from enterbay, but i was very disappointed with the HS. In the enterbay site i saw a photorealistic HS, in the pics you guys post i continue to see a photorealistic hs but mine just looks that doesn´t have the detail like yours.

I know my camera is not that good, and the lighting can change the end result, but in my opinion the hs that came with my figure doesn´t have the right skin color and especially it looks that the skIn on his face doesn´t have any texture (detail).

Tell me what do you guys think...

-Pic 1 : Photo from Enterbay (it looks almost real)
-Pic 2 and 3 : Photo of my figure with pic taken with flash on (it looks a toy)
-Pic 3 and 4 : photo taken with flash off

Another problem with the head is that the button to turn the LED on doesn´t work very well and the black from the jacket is passing to his neck.

Do you guys think that i got a "beta/early" version of the hs that somehow went to the stores or its just the lighting /camera/photoshop that makes that huge difference to the pics i see here?

Thanks for your time!

I´m new to collecting figures and your answer didn´t help. I read some where that the prototype head sometimes have more detail then the production head, but if you want another example of enterbay poor quality control here you have it.

The neck...

What's wrong with the neck? BTW, the first rule of collecting is that the end result never ends up looking like the professionally painted prototype. The second rule of collecting is that if you suffer from an undiagnosed OCD problem, you will end up being very frustrated.

The button for the LED is actually touch sensitive. not a proper physical button. you don't have to push it far to activate the LED.
The headscultp looks fine to me. Of Course it will differ from the proptotype. Like it always did like with Agent K or with the original T-800 or other products...It's not something new...All the things you are pointing out have already been discussed...

Remember that one

IMO they did a great job with this headsculpt, it's not perfect, maybe closer to T 800 from Terminator III ( look a lil bit older )
But thy did a great job.
