Hey guys i was going to post these PICS. in the Rambo section but being that some of you are wondering how he looks inside, here are some side view PICS. of his interior. If Batman uses the same body as Rambo as some of you had stated then he has mid and lower torso articulation.I opened up mine at the side seam and i was able to move him not only forward and back but also side to side.He also can rotate at the waist but all of that is lost cause of the vinyl skin.Rambo actually uses the same body structure as the T-800,under the skin that is.Anyway i hope this helps out a bit as to how his insides look and function guyz.
Retanne? I bloody knew the Rambo body had articulation!
I'm surprised they put the magnets where they did in the first place. I'm not 100% positive but looking at Maglor's photos it looks like the rubber suit even has two molded cups for the magnets to fit in.
Just and odd placement.
Surprised it didn't occur to them to just have the magnet pieces attach where Maglor attached them in the first place. Just as dumb as Hot Toys' system which was, oddly the opposite of Enterbay where they were waaaaay off from the center to the left and right.
Yeah, there are 2 rubber rings inside the suit as I posted earlier. What EB did was pick "an in between area" that kinda works for head movement. A "safe zone". It's ****.
Now it's multi-quote time!
You've probably seen what I said about that in the tutorial, but I'll just restate that I have not glued the magnets, so you can easily reposition everything.
Also, I think Enterbay's "safe zone" is crap.
Yes, the "safe zone", it is crap, it actually doesn't suit any position properly.
Great tutorial mate, it's pretty much what I did (i didn't use glue either), but without the stuffing of the shoulders, which is a great idea, it
really does improve the overall look of the shoulder area as well.
"I did stuff the crotch" (never thought i would write that), but didn't think to do the shoulders as well.
You know it's almost a pity that EB didn't make the entire front section of the chest magnetic or metal as HT did with their T2 figures.
Then you could put the clips anywhere you wanted. Because I still hold with what I said yesterday, about the head movement, I guess
it depends on what you wanna do with your toys. Personally I wouldn't want to go reaching around in the chest (with loose magnets) with each head reposition,
but then again it looks awesome. It's such a pity that someone doesn't make a little ring system, like the real one that could attach to the cowls.
No reason not to in this scale.
Hmmm...
Anyway, here's another
for your tutorial brother, awesome stuff, but stop with the multi-quote! (see what I did there) I can't read them, my eyes, my eyes...
