How about dis:

I'm actually thinking of just adding another magnet next to the glued magnets inside the suit instead of ripping them out.

I will report my progress.

But then when you add new ones the positive and negatives on the three magnets might make your Batman spontaneously combust.

Really love the pics bro.
Hey man, just quick input though, the (square) utility belt compartment opener button is on the bottom.
You have it on top. Just thought I'd let you know cause I did the same thing and later noticed it when I was comparing the figure to BB pics. :peace

Thanks for that! :hi5: I was wondering about which way was up there, and then kinda forgot about it. Now I have to delete all those pics and take them over! :panic: :lol j/k

That looks great what kind of shelf is that?

Custom made by Cocoboloboy. :)

Cool shots, mags. OCD has done wonders for you.

:monkey3

J/k :D

SORTA WANT. MUST RESIST.

Bu why???!!

Oh stfu and order already. :tap

This.

In all seriousness, I'm gonna use your cotton ball trick on the shoulders, great idea. That gap drives me nuts.

Thank you , Mssrs Maglor and CeeemOr for all your very informative posts!

Glad to help. :)

Pretty detailed tutorial, mags. Excellent work

Me, i'm just gonna remove the clips magnets, attach them to a couple washers and slide them underneath the cowl. :wink1:

If not that i'm gonna try the nail gun technique :lol

:lol Whatever works.

Hey guys i was going to post these PICS. in the Rambo section but being that some of you are wondering how he looks inside, here are some side view PICS. of his interior. If Batman uses the same body as Rambo as some of you had stated then he has mid and lower torso articulation.I opened up mine at the side seam and i was able to move him not only forward and back but also side to side.He also can rotate at the waist but all of that is lost cause of the vinyl skin.Rambo actually uses the same body structure as the T-800,under the skin that is.Anyway i hope this helps out a bit as to how his insides look and function guyz.

:goodpost: Thanks for that.

Maglor, I love you.

Best tutorial period.

Now, what is it that's exactly holding the inside magnets, if you had let them go, would've they ended up in his crotch somewhere. :horror

He mentioned that part :pfft:He said the suit holds it in place next to the body. On its own.

He did, he did.

I guess I will have to take a look for myself.

If you were really pulling on the suit without thinking about the magnets being there, they could slip down into the suit. But, the padding Enterbay stuck between the body and suit really makes for a snug fit, which holds the magnet in place while it awaits the placement of the outside magnet.

If you're really worried about it, how about some of Rory's tit-tape? :)

That's a great tutorial. Great use of the magnets and clips.

The end result looks just like the real thing. It actually looks like it has the clasp rings used in the film.

Certainly worth a try. If it works, I'll make an amendment to my tutorial.

I fear that the outer magnet would be flip flopping all over the place. Let us know how it goes. :)

You've almost managed to overcome the pos clips

But they're still pos clips. Need to be incinerated

The highest praise I could ask for. :lol

I like the magnet design well enough that I wouldn't buy a custom set unless they functioned exactly like this. There's just something cool about knowing the clips are actually holding the cape in place.

I'm surprised they put the magnets where they did in the first place. I'm not 100% positive but looking at Maglor's photos it looks like the rubber suit even has two molded cups for the magnets to fit in.

Just and odd placement.

Surprised it didn't occur to them to just have the magnet pieces attach where Maglor attached them in the first place. Just as dumb as Hot Toys' system which was, oddly the opposite of Enterbay where they were waaaaay off from the center to the left and right.

That's my fear as well, it will be like magnet cival war armageddon, it will probably have to be a magnet of equal size.

Going to get pretty interesting around here pretty soon, told my wife to stay with child locked up and not come out until I give the ok.

Thanks Teach for the Tuto
How strong are the magnets actually? could it attach to just a piece of metal through cape and rubber ?

Retanne? I bloody knew the Rambo body had articulation!

Yeah, there are 2 rubber rings inside the suit as I posted earlier. What EB did was pick "an in between area" that kinda works for head movement. A "safe zone". It's ****.

Now it's multi-quote time! :yess:

You've probably seen what I said about that in the tutorial, but I'll just restate that I have not glued the magnets, so you can easily reposition everything.

Also, I think Enterbay's "safe zone" is crap. :lol
:lol :1-1:

Yes, the "safe zone", it is crap, it actually doesn't suit any position properly.
Great tutorial mate, it's pretty much what I did (i didn't use glue either), but without the stuffing of the shoulders, which is a great idea, it
really does improve the overall look of the shoulder area as well.
"I did stuff the crotch" (never thought i would write that), but didn't think to do the shoulders as well.

You know it's almost a pity that EB didn't make the entire front section of the chest magnetic or metal as HT did with their T2 figures.
Then you could put the clips anywhere you wanted. Because I still hold with what I said yesterday, about the head movement, I guess
it depends on what you wanna do with your toys. Personally I wouldn't want to go reaching around in the chest (with loose magnets) with each head reposition,
but then again it looks awesome. It's such a pity that someone doesn't make a little ring system, like the real one that could attach to the cowls.
No reason not to in this scale.

Hmmm...

Anyway, here's another :clap for your tutorial brother, awesome stuff, but stop with the multi-quote! (see what I did there) I can't read them, my eyes, my eyes...
:lol
