Sorry Bill, HT's 1/4 Bale sculpt eats this up, spits it out, eats it again then poops it out.

bats looking very beautiful and all three bat-sculpts are spot on. While hot toys tried it with years to get the Bale likeness on their cowls and failed every time, eb got this with their first attempt in all three ones.

The Bale sculpt itself isn't that good as the hot toys one though.

Both HT and EB have amazing Bruce Wayne sculpts though

Yeah, somehow in all this talk about the Wayne sculpt I think we're missing the bigger positive here, which is that the Batman look is fantastic, and of course, that's how 95%+ of us are gonna pose him anyway, so that's what really matters.

absolutely, and just to remember that we're getting three bat cowls is freaking amazing. This figure is an absolute win in my eyes.

Couldn't agree more. I have the Toy Fair Batman Begins and the Wayne headsculpt is still in the box. Never used and never will. It's Batman and he will wear his cowl! The Wayne heads on the new figures coming out could have real skin and blood vessels for all I care and I still woudn't use them lol.

b/c here the angry mouth has the eyes to the right (figure's left)

Seems that the mouths are swappable. The cowls only seem to be different in having eyes painted in a different direction. Personally, I won't have any real need for him looking left or right, but nice you get those I guess.

I'd rather them take the time to get things right, rather than sending it only to find defects and deal with the returns, exchanges etc.
