What :panic:

He told me he'd send it to greenhills branch today for me.
Anyway, I'll see for myself when I go there in a while :lol

Worst case, I think i can wait a little longer. :hi5:

I'd be happy to be wrong, but I do think the JOker got in earlier, seeing that he only posted Joker pics, and he said it's just what came in.

I think Jeff's tied up having this huge weekend sale, and the arrivals at once. He sent me an email notification saying I can already get my tumbler, but I didn't PO one LOL. Told him I'd be happy to get a unit if there'd be extra, though.

I might also go to Greenhills later after some work. Hope to meet you in person, man! :hi5:

Oh :lol I'd understand that.

It would be great seeing you too! :D

EDIT: Dang you're right! Still no Batman :( ...i picked up Hawkeye instead :slap :lol

The sculpt/likeness are as close to perfect as possible. My 2 gripes are the magnets for the cape and belt accessories and the belt itself. I would also like to note I didn't expect it to be perfect either. It's a solid 8/10.

I rather like how the cape works but I totally agree on belt magnets. They get annoying after a while I find.
Especially when changing out the heads.
They just fall off and go everywhere.

yess Eamon, I must put down all the attached accessories just to change poses :thud:

Just noticed his price is down to $325 pre-order on a few sites

wonder why the big price drop

If you could score one for even as low as $350 it is a terrific deal...just $100 over DX 12 and you are getting so much more size -wise and presence wise!

HK doesn't have the same kinds of logistics as we do in the states.

Those prices you get on Sideshow for Hot Toys stuff already has their international shipping included. They probably ship with slight discounts so their figures are all cutting in around the $190-220 mark whereas Enterbay's typical figures are sitting around $200-225 with EMS.

EB and Diamond probably were able to strike some sort of logistics discount. Otherwise I've no idea how it's being sold for clear MSRP. Those are the base pricing for the figure. Remember EB boasting about their new packaging? Weight reduction and lowered shipping costs. It all adds up.

And on that note, HT is charging like $450 MSRP for their 1/4 Batman. You may probably be just being jipped on extra logistic prices or HT has a real large and heavy box.

I've never heard of this site either. They probably buy off the quality control returns and re-sell them.

Probably, but somethings definitely sketchy about them, why would they sell theres for a whole $70 cheaper than everyone else? :dunno

Nice. I wish my 'looking ahead' cowl was nice and matte like that.

F it im buying this...:lol

:goodpost:

I meant whilst reading your posts I got the answer to my comment.
I wondered if you had matte dusted the cowl in your pics. But you mentioned you had done nothing to them.:lol
Sorry, lack of coffee syndrome.

But I still don't understand the question. I've tried googleing "matte dusting" and got nothing. :dunno

It's kind of bugging me now...

Could you just explain what "matte dusting" is? :gah: :lol

By perfect I meant I hadn't heard 1 single complaint. That the cowl and faceplates were just stunning in hand and everone reccommended him.
Sorry for confusion. :slap

^^^ Must be new.

I thought of the same thing before, buddy, til the POs opened for both EB and HT 1/4 Batman figures here in the Philippines, which is like an hour flight near where both companies are based.

PO for EB's excellent figure went for an equivalent of $370 US, while HT's QS 001 went for almost a hundred bucks more ($465 to be exact). It's a good thing that we just pick up the figure once it arrives in our dealer's store, no additional charges such as customs, etc, but I think HT really has higher prices. Like a premium for being the "more popular" (please note the quotes) brand.

Though the mini-diorama and 3 villain masks symbolizing the trilogy QS 001 comes packed with could be more than a $100 worth, once they get parted out on Ebay :lol
