Maybe due to it's size? a lot of 1/6 collectors won't dip into 1/4 and most 1/4 statue collectors won't dip into 1/4 figures, therefor leaving quite a few still around :dunno.

I can understand that, but the QS001 seems like its close to selling out at most retailers.

I have it preordered and I don’t have this guy yet. Waiting so see the feedback for the QS001 before I cancel that preorder to get this.

I opened the belt and tied both ends to a wire the tied the wire together, if that makes sense. Ill try to snap a pic.
In other words, you have the wire rigged at the ends of the belt.COOL!Like i said before,i wish i knew or thought of these ideas instead of buying the extra belt but either way the end result is still AWESOME!Yeah i'd like to see some PICS. of this beast when you get a chance my friend!!:hi5:

AWESOME PICS. Remy!!:clap I ♥ that wall that you made in the background! That was originally made for a 1/6 Bats, right?Looks AWESOME,bro!!:wink1:

Thanks man.
Actually, Mr Ecko...aka Mike, made that wall for me, and he offers to make those in 1/4 or 1/6.
Highly recommended if any one is interested.
He is a pleasure to deal with also, one of the coolest guy in this forum.

Amazing Pix Remy!!!!!! :)

I appreciate it man. :duff

I am shocked this thing is sell i stock at a fair price all over. I thought Batman fans would have jumped on this figure.

Personally, i think the reason that this is still available is because its Enterbay and their name isn't known for quality. It's either that or they had over anticipated the sales for this figure and made more than they should of! ^_^

I also agree with CeeemOr's post. Always said that at the QS001 thread -- which is also 1/4 scale but is now sold out at pre-order level. I also don't think EB has produced as much quarter scale Batman as HT might be producing at the moment.

Some said it might be the costume, that more fans love TDK suit. I don't think so. At 1/6, HT made 3 versions of the Begins suit, with its own QC problems and innacuracies such as Jay Leno face plates, broken ankles, flaking suits, etc -- and yet they're all sold out and are fetching high secondary market prices.

If HT made THIS Batman instead of EB, it would have been sold out quicker and everywhere (EB's already got this sold out from their site though, but still available at some retailers). It would definitely be sold at insane prices instead of being bargained.

Took some newer pics about a month or two ago but never got around to posting the pics.

Remy, your photos are outstanding. Made me feel so much happier that I also have this great figure on my shelf. Thanks for that! :)

You're welcome man. Glad you like the pics.

I agree with you completely, due to the nature of this collectibles, since they're on the pricy side, many people tend to be bias so that they feel they got their money's worth.
So since hot toys is the big boy of 1/6 scale collectibles, most would rather side with hot toys thinking they invested their money well.

I don't side with any company, my money is gonna go to who I think made the better product.
I agree with what you said on the ht 1/4 thread, had this EB batman had a ht stamp on it, it would have been sold out fetching much more of its worth.

I do think there was a vast improvement on ht's 1/4, but my favorite batman suit that incarnated into the big screen is the begins suit.
To me, this is batman...very menacing, and intimidating looking.
I initially did not like the complex suit, but it has grown on me.

But still, personally...begins for me is a truer batman represention.

I also agree with this, but not because Hot Toys is the more popular company, but because the quality of the product would have been better, and it would've been much easier to exchange or return in the event of a QC issue with the product.

Here in Australia, it's pretty damn hard to get Enterbay figures, from what I've seen. All my local comic/collectible stores sell Hot Toys, but hardly any of them carry Enterbay. In fact, one of the most popular collectible stores in Australia has now decided not to sell Enterbay figures ever again due to all the QC issues.

Whilst Hot Toys also have their QC issues (I've experienced them myself), it is far less common than Enterbay, and in the event I do have a QC issue with a Hot Toys product, I can easily get a replacement part, figure or refund through Sideshow or any reputable retailer I buy the figure from. It gives me much more confidence to buy from this company. If I want an Enterbay figure, I have to buy from Enterbay direct, or pay inflated prices on eBay. Buying from Enterbay direct sounds like a nightmare from what I've read on these forums, and if I have any QC issues I'm pretty much screwed. This does not give me confidence in ordering from them, and it's a shame because they do make the most realistic looking figures available. I just wish they had better QC and CS. I'd buy from them in a heart beat if that was the case.

Those amazing pics justify every good thing said about the figure, it truly is lifelike!

Remy If you don't mind me saying, i would bend the hand in just a little so it isn't as bent inwards as it just looks bit unnatural and the gauntlet isn't covering the wrist peg :peace

Also it looks like you've glossed the gauntlets to be more screen accurate and is that a custom cape?

Interesting, i even ironed my cape to take all the creases out and stiffen it up and it still didn't reach.

Was the whole reason i was considering getting a custom. I'll retry

:exactly:IMO,HT had the BIGGEST QC F-up in my years of collecting 1/6 figures! That DX02 fiasco,i can still taste the bull that HT fed me!Eventhough, recently they have released figures with full rubber costumes that haven't yet done an "I'm MELTING" act,i'm still shell-shocked!:slapWith that being said,EB has had their share of F-ups too(Remember 1/6 Bruce Lee GOD ver.3) just not as royal as HT!:wink1:
