Though I don't have EB's 1/4 figure....but I would say EB does not use Silicone for the suit .... I can run XRD atomic analysis easily enough and I'm almost certain there would not be Si atoms in the suit material.

You know you should run an analysis so this could once and for all be answered!^_^Personally,I thought at first it was a vinyl material but its not and this I know cause I had asked a family member that works in manufacturing plastic.I have a piece of silicon and it feels just like the suit so if it isn't then they really took making this suit to another level of perfection!I think so anyway!

One theory was their current stock of the figure consists mainly of customer returns that they're selling as "new." Not sure how much truth there is to this, but I just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to look somewhere else for the figure.

Don't believe everything you read online, I just got one from BBTS and it's in perfect condition.

Good to know and glad yours turned out fine. Like I said, wasn't sure how much truth there was to the posted comments. Just trying to look out for a fellow forum member.

The thing with Enterbay is it's always a gamble. There quality control or inspection really scares customers. Sometimes they address it. If it's a huge production problem that they can't fix they will dodge it without apologizing. I still feel angry about their Game of Death Bruce Lee.
That being said, I own both 1:4 Joker and Batman and the QC are fine. There's existing problems that is widely know already such as the Joker's face paint feels sticky. The tie is out of scale and looks cheap. Batman's utility belt is too short. Need to reposition the magnets for the cape, etc.

Another issue I had is when I ordered from enterbay directly they printed the shipping address in chinese so they had no idea where to send it when it got to the states. It got sent back to china and I got my refund. Id never order from them direct again.

thanks God Batman looks menacing just by in classic standing museum pose. if HT is going to make a Begins batman, than I hope they're goint to make it more poseable & headsculpt as best as this one, if not better.
The suit holds really well. no wrinkle or whatsoever on mine, but I still haven't got he courage to move his legs other than just standing there besides the suit looks weird if you start posing his legs

Suggestion: This EB 1/4 is a masterpiece and it is a good time to buy this guy because the price is not as ex as before, but better to check on the spot. Never believed on MISB because certain sellers have some tricks to open and re-seal it again without traces.
EB high risk is because they never seal the box so it will be always forever MIB.
All brands have issues including HT especially this original suit made from all rubber. Better check on the groin, armpit and other parts especially on every hidden line.
If we get this guy as in perfect condition (I dont care about MISB or MIB as long as the figure is perfect and the box is still in shape), we will see this guy all the time with awe. Especially when you put him side by side with QS001.

I have a pieced furniture my wife wants me to display my 1/6 on, possibly cold move her stuff from the top of it and display up there

This is the highlight of my Batman collection. Sure, it has had some QC issues but if you're like me and get lucky and get a figure with no issues, you're golden. Hell, I didn't even have to modify the belt to get it to sit right.

I've had to work around some QC issues with mine. But working around those along with some modding and you're pretty much set. It's hard to look and be in awe of 1/6 figures once you have this guy and Joker side by side. Plus the price is cheaper than the DX12 or the Toyfair BB suit! I think more and more people will pick this guy up to complement the QS001 and will be blown away by it once they have it in hand.
