No, it was on Amazon. I think the price was $999, but I didn't factor in the shipping since I was only browsing and not buying.

Yeah trouble with Amazon US is that they won't ship toys outside the US, but ship other things for some reason.

I received some master light houses today for the 1/4 scale collection. I got these with coupons over various months and for $59 a pop, they are pretty nice. I like the touch on/off, but I don't know if that is going to be an issue using a dimmer switch to daisy chain all of these. But easy to put together and the acrylic/ glass came well protected. Couple shots of Mr. J. Gotta get bats and terminator out of the shelves next.

Sadly, no. It's just too much. I won't pay a penny more than what retail was.

I hope HT makes one, just so this one drops in price... But I doubt HT will beat EB's efforts.

It's gonna be a long time before HT puts one out. EB will not let HT use TDK license.

It is a very poorly made and poor quality figure with a lot of QC issues so it isn't worth $600 let alone $1000 that some people on ebay are charging. If u want one I would recommend u get a used one so u can hopefully get one much cheaper and that is free of QC problems. That being said, it is still the best likeness to Ledger as the Joker there is and I think it will be years before Hot Toys puts one out that's if they ever do.

I have to agree, well almost. I don't think it's poorly made, don't get me wrong it has issues (oh my god changing hands is a nightmare) but the clothing is well done, the weapons are quality made and like darkavatar said the head sculpt is very, very well done.

Personally I don't think HT will make a 1/4 Joker, pretty soon it's gonna be full steam ahead with Batfleck. You would be insane to pay anymore than 500 for it though.

TBH Deedzy I think every EB product is poorly made, their bodies are just terrible but yeah some things like the weapons are high quality. I have disaagree with you about the clothes they are too thin, they are like paper, no wonder some people had torn clothes. And OMG look at how bad that tie is, I mean did they just stick a tie in an ink jet printer and print it? That being said, EB figures still look nice and better than Hot Toys counterparts IMO.

I agree but they are fools for not doing it, since Ledger as the Joker is still probably the most popular character.

Just to clarify Jan's is just EB's sculpt with a repaint with real hair and not a custom sculpt like MRM. Anyway, I doubt anyone has it because I still see it there on ebay. Although it is a great repaint the hair is totally wrong it should be wavy and stringy not straight and flat looking.

Most people got them, so far only one person I know didn't get theirs, from looking at the thread but there maybe others.
