Enterbay - 1/4 scale RoboCop 3

I don't want to deal with Enterbay directly since they sound like a nightmare and quality control chances are way too high. What would be a good official retailer who gets Enterbay products and to which I could send back my figure if it turned out full of quality control issues? I really want a 1/4 Robocop, but I'd rather not be stuck with one full of problems.

i'm in the same boat as you bro. i have one eb figure and its the 1/4 batman. didn't buy from them directly, but gohastings (which is a whole notha issue!). that one is generally ok in regards to qc. i'd like to find a quality us retailer as well. i know alot of the board members would recommend a dude on ebay that goes by timcent. i'm sure he's a quality dude from some of the things people have said about him, but lets be real....if you've looked at his ebay figure prices they're excessively highly priced above retail.

In his defence those prices include shipping and his shipping costs could be quite high due to the way he packages the figures - really thick layers of bubblewrap outside the shipping box increasing the dimensions quite a bit.

That's right. In order for me to remove the belt, I had to literally peel off the two ends that were glued together and I got this direct from Enterbay too! Long story...I pre-ordred it the first day it was available on their site. A few weeks later they shipped me a package....except it was for a Bruce Lee figure that I didn't order! It took me 2 months to straighten the issue out with them.

You're right about Timecent...I got my battle-damaged T-800 for him. Very good seller and reliable! I wasn't about to deal with Enterbay directly again after that episode.

Oh yes....2 months later, they finally acknowledged their mistake and sent me the Batman. The worse was that I had to go through paypal to file a complaint with them before Enterbay took me seriously.

there might really be some truth to that. so long as the final product is fantastic i'm ok with it. they need to do this right and not half *** this.

Hope they're doing the same with their Endo. It's theirs I've been holding out for and I'd rather it not fall apart out of the box.
