That's Robert John Burke, not Weller.

Anywho it seems the HT stuff is delayed afterall. Good news if I decide I have to have this. Waiting for a few really good Robo 1 type pics....

WTF!? They could do the cool color effects on the exposed head, but the rest of the figure is just boring silver!? Lame! The likeness looks like the part 3 guy!? Lame! They give him part 3 stuff, and then do part 2 damage (badly)!? Lame!

I was never getting this anyway, but at least I can rest assured my decision for Hot Toys' version will not be contested.

All the HT fanboys here are quite funny. This to me looks phenomenal.

PO'd at BBTS w/o hesitation, got some credit there that will cover almost half of the hefty price tag.

Yeah I see it now, ugh why did they even bother. Hot Toys Robocop Master Race!

I'm not an exclusive HT fan boy but I am a Robocop fan boy and I can honestly say that I do not like this figure. The color is off and it doesn't know what it wants to be. Part 1 voice but Part 3 face etc etc... I do think minus the paint job, with the helmet on he does look cool but not enough for me to enter this bay. See what I did there? :lol But seriously, the HT 1/6 figure looks way better to me and it knows what it represents. Part 1 and Part 1 only. The sound effects, chair with lights and remote control is all there so unless you really want this in 1/4, I say go with the HT one IMO.

So far I would agree with that. Well, maybe not 'way' better - this is a pretty impressive package here by EB standards. But the paint just isn't looking particularly good despite the boasts made in the specs. The big question for me is how much do I want a 1:4 scale Robocop - because I don't think Enterbay will be making another one and I don't particularly see HT doing one any time soon either.

Yeah, I'm a fan of Robocop period. Not of a toy maker.

I've decided long ago that I was going to be collecting figures from franchises I loved in 1/6 and 1/4 if available.

Looking forward to owning this guy just as much as the HT one.

Yeah, the colour is dissapointing in the previous link. Although, it looks slightly more convincing here :

Very underwhelming pics...
Proportions seem...off

Well that's it right there. I think it comes down to more of whether you really are looking for 1/4 scale or not to determine getting this figure. If I was more into that scale I probably would be more tempted to pick this one up.

I think I've always managed to overlook the enterbay qc issues because to me they make the most realistic figures on the market - I own the BD T800 and Batman and both of them are just works of art in terms of realism.

I'm just not feeling it with this one, he looks good but I don't think he's up to £500 standards. It might be the paint what's throwing it off for me it's looking quite toylike and between that, the unwanted accessories and the assumed QC issues I'm just not seeing the value

I put in my order with BBTS. I figure I can cancel anytime without penalty plus sometimes their prices on Enterbay stuff can come down if they find someone else who is distributing it for less. We'll see.

Man, what did Bill say?
Paintjob from a high quality mobile phone painting company, or something like that?
Regarding this...that looks dull.
I mean...great...but...Murphy just isn´t only silver...there´s this hue of silver, blue and purple totally missing and that´s what´s him...

The blueish pearlecent tone IS missing in the pics I've seen but evident in HT pics.
Ok not sure what I think about the EB figure- jet pack detail is stunning but the figure itself lacks something...detailing? Some extra ooommphhh I just am not getting....hard to put my finger on it.
I LOVE and own EB Bats and both T 800s so I am not a HT fan boy. This just doesn't wow me...

Diecast? I thought it was plastic. Where did you hear it was diecast?

My bad, stated it wrong. Have edited my post.
I was thinking how much the 1/6 Hot Toys die cast version would weigh in comparison to the 1/4 Enterbay version ....and mistyped it all...

it doesn't look bad to me at all. It's just a Robocop 3 figure. I want Robocop the original but I'll have that in 1/6 when HT"s finally releases theirs. Never even seen Robocop 3 so I don't know why I would even think of buying a figure from it. Congrats on those that do PO this. It does look pretty good to me.

It's a great looking figure but not for $600. So thankful HT is releasing theirs soon and just spending a little bit extra to get both Robo and ED209 seems like the better choice than getting this.
