No one can deny their recent sculpts have all had the same soft lacking in detail look to them. Rory is completely right.

Having Bespin Luke in hand, I can't say the sculpt is soft or lacking in detail.

The skintone is completely wrong and damn near Hispanic, but it's not "soft".

Their recent releases have been awesome when it comes to paint, its the other silly things you have to worry about. Faulty bodies, broken accessories, etc. and not to mention their TERRIBLE Customer Service.

Agree 100% with you on that. Enterbay's customer service is by far the worse I have ever experienced. It's such a mickey mouse operation. The faulty bodies are also a big issue with them.

Oh! They've sent me Black Label 01 instead Batman 1/4, can you imagine!?
And I actually had to SELL IT by myself and send them full cost for this freaking BL01 to get my Batz shipped. Pure insane.

Also I really think that their paint-job on MIB is not so good.
Anyway, I believe that we'll get one great T-800. let it be.

I've had 2 of the 4 1/4 scale EB figures out so far and the paint apps have been nothing short of stunning, so alive and realistic it's scary.

In any case, I too am hoping it's something I won't need. Then again, I still wouldn't order direct if it is. As long as they include the grenade launcher and shredded arm, I know what pose I'm using -- unfortunately it happens to be similar to this:

...which wouldn't look good if I ended up springing for HT's 1/4 PS figure and displayed the two next to eachother. Hrmm, guess I'll need a different pose for this guy after all.

The first EB T-800 only had bare feet and an extra handgun as exclusives. And the box was black as opposed to silver. I didn't feel any need to go for those extras and I prefer the silver box - much more appropriate to T2.

Really when you think of it the only accurate pose for a Final Stage BD T2 T-800 is a slouched, 'leaning on the rail' pose. But if scene-accuracy isn't a concern, well, all up to you.

The fact of the full-BD head does suggest it will be a severed arm version. I don't think you'll be getting your wish.

Judging from the fact that he is missing an eye, and there is extensive damage on his scalp, this sculpt they're teasing is "post T-1000 I-beam smashing" from the steel mill. All they'd really have to do to to make him at his most damaged, would be to include another jacket that is missing from the elbow, and an interchangeable arm that has been crushed off at the elbow. Making this a pre-steel mill BD figure too though, would mean they'd have to include a different head (one with less battle damage) a different chest and shirt combo, and different pants and battle damaged leg combo.

Yeah. And theres the whole question of how do you make the heads interchangeable when you're dealing with LEDs, batteries and a switch. Plus EB consider their figures 'museum pieces' more than toys. They may be concerned with overly visible seams where heads get popped off etc.

I'm hoping it comes with the metal pole the T-1000 skewers him with and a hand that can grip/wield it. NECA disappointed me by never providing that. Hot Toys still haven't touched a BD T-800 for some reason known only to them so obviously they haven't provided this accessory either.

Maybe HT can't produce any BD T-800 bcoz of the licensing.

I really like this EB's sculpt but 1/4 is not my cup of tea.
