That's as many PoAs as the Hot Toys figure! Italian sheepskin leather outfit and real leather shoes. This has got to be well worth the $400 or so it's going to sell for. Members on the forum sell customized stuff like that for over $1000+ in 1/6 scale and just for the clothing.

Wow, talk about upping the ante.

There is some mention of hoping they (Enterbay) can do a metal casted Iron Man. I'm assuming they are referring to if they are successful with breaking into the 1/4 scale.

T-800 and with The Dark Knight / Joker in the works. I think we'll see a stronger presence from Enterbay in the coming year.

Anybody know if the legs are poseable?

I'm assuming the legs will have regular articulation like the 1/6 scale stuff. It's not thaaaaaat much bigger than the 1/6's. Knee Joint and maybe a stiffer ankle is what I am expecting so it can support the extra bit of weight the 1/4's are packing.

Plus with the heavy accessories coming in the form of geniune Italian leather attire coupled with metal guns and knife, I'm sure there is some restriction to the ankles so it can keep the thing steady. Otherwise, we would have to rely on using the stands to keep it up.

I am hoping floppy legs will not be a matter of worry when the product launches.

Sweet. A fully articulated 1/4. Good stuff. & about the metal casted Iron Man 1/4? That will be like a bazillion dollars :lol

IronMan for most shots non complete CGI the armor 1:1 is flexible plastic... Iron Man 1/4 would not be metal.
1. Too difficult to design/cast/machine/make
2. Too cost prohibitive.

3. I don't believe EB have ever produced a CAD 3d figure yet.

If they can keep costs down, I'm game. T800's $325 plus $hipping. I think it's realistic to see TDK go for $300 to $350 before shipping. People are already tossing out $400-$500 for used DX02's. There's no telling how much people will pay for a well done 1/4 TDK.

For Iron Man, I think if they just diecast a few crucial parts of the armor and leave the rest as soft and hard plastic, it'll be awesome too. As long as there's no easy fading and provide a good paint job.

Still, we need to see 1/4 Dark Knight. For Joker, I'm sure they will do an excellent job, they're no slackers when it comes to the outfits. The main issue on everyone's mind is most definitely the rubber and deterioration issues.

From the massive success Hot Toys is having with the Batman franchise, if no leaky abs or tearing coupled with a good sculpt and cowl, Enterbay has themselves a winner.

Yeah, it's a little floppy. So we'll have to see how this T-800 base turns out in a month or two.

Wow! I'll definitely be buying this if the production figures and accessories come out this good. It's a shame they didn't make a 1/6 version as well, though. I don't really see much of a future for 1/4 scale figures.

...on the other hand if they nail this release they may create a nice little niche/earner for themselves. This could be the iPad of the action figure world - at first glance useless but then increasingly awesome.
