Well guys I am not socked in the slightest. I was the one person who was not jumping up and down when Bill said it wouldn't be a factor.

I aired on the side of caution and realization and I called it, these would not see the light of day, so disappointed? of course, surprised in the slightest? Not one iota.

Well Raymond, I do remember conversing with you a bit a few weeks ago and I think I was also a bit skeptical, but not as much as you, admittedly.

I'm so pissed. First the NECA ones, now these. I'm going to lose it. Django was my favorite film of last year (although it came out January where I live). And my hobby, my fuggin' hobby, is collecting characters from my favorite movies/stories in figure form. When some ******** stranger ruins that for me, it really pisses me off.

Some talented sculptors had better be getting ready to capitalize on this; I know I'll be looking for a Django head somewhere soon, as well as clothes and such. I'm getting a damn Django figure, one way or another.

I heard that they are going to force everyone who went to see Django in the theater return to the theater that they saw it in, and they are going to play the movie backwards and refund our money to undo our original viewing experience. Because, you know, some people who didn't even see the movie got offended that we were watching something they didn't feel was for them.

I don't get why we're all of a sudden starting two threads and being over dramatic about the whole thing but all that aside I think he's right.

Wait a second?! SO DID can make Adolf Hitler, and Himmler and all those ****ing Nazi bastards... but Enterbay has to cancel production on figures based on fictional characters in a tarantino movie?! And why isn't Tarantino getting blasted?! This make NO sense.

Well Wake, Tarantino HAS been getting blasted, just not for these figures. For the film. People are getting really, deeply, personally offended over this whole Django thing. I've never seen anything like it. It's unreal. Hopefully, I never see anything like this again.

Welcome to the world of US sensationalized media. As soon as the NECA thing made nationwide headlines I knew it was game over for these. Could have just as easily been a non issue. Especially since a couple years ago we got Tarantino Nazis made.. but just our luck of the draw I'm afraid...

Alright, so I've come up with how Enterbay can make this up to us. They can finally bring out Kill Bill figures. I'd be willing to settle for a Bride, and maybe an O-Ren or Ellie Driver. Good idea?

How do you know it is erroneous? Its actually founded on something that is confirmed truth, he's going a little overboard but his reporting is based on at least some fact.

I'm only half joking, as well. I really want a 1/6 Bride. That'd be amazing, and with the popularity of Kill Bill, I don't have ANY idea why none have been made.

half joking as well, it might be beneficial to let them know how disappointing we are and how there is a huge hungry Tarantino audience and lots of less controversial properties to dive into.

I get why the Bride was never made, it's not quite old enough to be a classic and this whole 1/6 craze started after the movie was half a decade old or so, Sin City met the same fate. As did V for Vendetta, 300 and Hellboy 2 just snuck in there though

But what gets me is that there are no decent customs out there. Moe took a stab but that's it. There is a rumored one coming though.
