I think at least one eTailer has pretty much come on here & said they are cancelled, & I think some peeps are getting refunds for their paid pre orders.
Although actions taken seem to point to the figures being cancelled, some (or maybe only me
) would rather hear directly from Enterbay, to see what they have to say.

RovoJin Enterbay's sculptor (he did Schultz) stated a while back on an iminime thread that these were cancelled. Doesn't get clearer than coming directly from the Horse's mouth.
I just got the confirm from enterbay ...all django's figures will be in my detolf soon...

They are canceled at the request of the Weinstein company, Enterbay reps have confirmed, there's a lot of sarcastic ruses in this thread where people are making like its not the case, but they are canceled.
Except me. I got Enterbay to sell them to me, but the deal was that I was the only person on earth that will ever be able to own them. Mwahahaha... I have them along my Enterbay pulp fiction figures. But they are magically coded so that if I ever photograph them it will cause my camera to expload.

And Enterbay has released their official press release announcing the cancelation in typical Enterbay fashion that consists of a blurry Facebook photo of Michael Jordan's sneakers.
The camera does Coke too.
Lol yes... Enterbay supplied me with the coke as part of the package with these figures... And the exclusive "chained" Django from the beginning of the film... And the Mandingo two pack with wind up battlin' action...
But again i can't take pictures of any of them sadly...

Not to beat a dead horse but as far as the 1/6 world in China is concerned,everything is still a go!Again,like i said before maybe it's cancelled in North America and possibly parts of Europe but not Asia.That could explain why Diamond cancelled and why BBTS' price is higher than usual.If i remember correctly BBTS was one of the official NA sellers of Enterbay before Diamond came in the mix.I know i'm being optimistic here but a man can hope!Can't he?!

Yeah, that is awesome news. I must admit I was convinced for a while there that these weren't being released, but when I got that email from BBTS it had me thinking about all the other so-called region-specific releases that they were able to offer when no other stores would. Pumped for Django!
