Thanks very much for that note; it told me that it is indeed time to inquire about my exchange heads. They were delivered to Enterbay on 6/24, and I've heard nothing so far. It was supposed to take up to 3 weeks, and we're beyond that, so I just sent an email now.
I think it was a little faster since I live in Japan. It took 3 days for my return shipment to get to HK, and when EMS Japan notified me that the shippment has been accepted, I e-mailed Enterbay to inquire about the status. They told me they will look into it and keep me posted. That was about 5 days ago. I was going to re-inquire once it hit 1 week mark, but they arrived today without me having received any status update from Enterbay.
Hey everyone, reporting back.
Went to their store, to get he RM-X, and to double confirm what i heard over the phone regarding the HK Expo Edition.
Opps... my wrong, sorry guys, the BD sculpt is gonna be the same one everyone is getting. Sorry to get some of you hyped up. Maybe it was what i wanted to hear, so i got it wrong.
However, they said the eyes for smiling head will be painted slightly differently. I asked them how, but she dosen't have finalized pictures and she is not 100% sure. I am guessing they are probably looking upwards like the scene it was taken from.
Apart from that, no jeans, no t-shirt. She said the chair will have different words, um... and it will come with that camera stand.
I got the RM-X, and the leg broke within 2 min.
Put one leg up in a sidekick pose, and *snap*.
I mean... for me, its just a 15 min. trip to the store for a replacement. I really really feel for my fellow freaks that have to send it half way around the world, and wait for it to go through customs and everything to get it back.
It's Bruce, he kicks, how was I supposed to knowBtw, sorry to hear that you did a "Liquid Larry-split-kick-snap" with your figure also.... Hehe
Unfixable for us normal folk perhaps. I think somebody here fixed theirs themselves. Explaining that it is actually a design flaw. I think I could see what he meant when he explained it, when I inspected my broken figure closely. EB should caution against certain poses in the manual.Hey Larry
Yes I pulled a Larry ****oo. I mean... its a kicking motion... i don't think its too much to ask. Its not like i'm pulling a fancy Spiderman pose. Anyways, I called them and they said the leg is unfixable, better for me to bring it back with the receipt for a replacement.
That would be cool Stan. If it's true about the chair having different writing, then I might have to get that from ebay (if it turns up there). Also, if they change the eye direction on the smiley, I might have to get that from ebay as well (if it turns up there)Regarding the HK Expo version, if Enterbay dosen't post anything about it in the next few days, I will be sure to report in. The Anime expo is in 10 days and if I get the set, i'll post the differences on that and the regular.
Thanks GungFu. I like these kind of pics
Thank you GungFu for the photos. I think he kinda overdid on the bruises tho. Esepcially above shots. Paint app and color match seems to be a bit off. It's Zombie Lee!!! It can just be the lighting or the angles.
Here are some lighter and funny behind-the-scenes pictures (also by Edward Chou) with Bruce as a disc jokey and taking a chill with his drum:
I LOVE IT!!! DJ Lee and Drummer Lee!! Dang I gotta up my dio game for cool shots like these.
Glad I passed on this.
Hopefully not long for the HT ver.
You shouldn't be Snake, it's an awesome set.
I don't see how HT could top this. The accessories alone far exceed anything HT have even attempted.
A polished wooden dio, A working metal studio light?
You lose.
hot toys body .
thank you
We think alike, I had the expo posed barefoot for many poses and it does look good. I just happen to like how the blue jeans and yellow sneakers vibeI'm still not sure if I want to put the shoes on with the expo clothers. I was thinking maybe bare footed. If only the feet were similar to the DX. Nice one with the bodies
Thanks, I rushed but wanted to get the pics up for you anyway. After seeing Rory's pix I'm sure I'll never use a camera againY4NK33, congratulations on being the first (that we know of that is) on this board to get the two separate body sets ! Btw, is that the official EB sets, or just separate bodies without the shoes, sock and bracelet ? The pictures of the Beijing black tee and jeans looks great - and yes... we cannot be a good photographer like Rorywan - but hey, lets make a group on FB: "We who cannot be as good photographer as Rorywan !" so that we can get together and talk about our sorrows.... Hehe... But seriously the photos (though not great... hehe..) looks pretty cool ! Thanx for going the extra mile and testing the jeans-tee outfit ! The bruised EVison photo head and suit photo came out pretty good though - love the look !
The tinfoil worked so well on my FoF Bruce Lee I thought I might give it a go protecting some of my other stuff - and it worked a treat!
hot toys body .
thank you

I opted to get loose bodies to save some money and b/c i'm not using shoes, sock, bracelet on all my figures. Next month I might pick a boxed RXM body kit with all the goodies to display the 3rd head sculpt & the last clean GOD suit remaining.
Thanks, I rushed but wanted to get the pics up for you anyway.
After seeing Rory's pix I'm sure I'll never use a camera again
Bruce actually posed in a photo shoot with the HK press on the set during the filming of "Game of Death" wearing the track suit but without shoes - so it is valid !
Compared to Rory, ARROVVE, Ahgnus, etc. - I will join you in that never-to-use-a-camera-again (before knowing how to) club ! Hehe...
