BTS version has an awful body with issues that mean it can't be posed properly and an awful sculpt due to a moving eye system that didn't pan out as planned.
Accessories were great.

New version is basically better in every way....though the sculpt atill isn't the best.

Some things one might not be able to tell simply from looking at those, is that I feel the tracksuits on the BTS version are superior looking & fitting, but they might stain the body it's on. Not a problem if it's going to always be used as the Game Of Death body though. Also, the BTS body is rubber, so although it can be posed, some are concerned that it will peel/rot/break over time if holding certain poses.

Can't really think of anythng else right now, that you can't tell from looking at videos & pics online.

If you could only choose one? Maybe the 75th. If you don't mind spending extra money? Grab the BTS tracksuits & smiling sculpt as well if you like the look of it. Then look for the more accurate custom shoes that were on eBay.

I agree with larry on the tracksuit,every photo ive seen of the 75th shows the suit looking a bit baggy compared to both the BTS and nokia versions.even a couple of custom suits I own fit better.

this shot is the best regarding the headsculpt,the mouth/expression throws the likeness off.it looks worse from certain angles,but for someone wanting a BL it's a decent start.

Funny, I watched the GoD "original cut" video on YouTube today, and I see more likeness now. But it's capturing like ... a second or two ... vs. the iconic expressions we're used to. I guess therein lies the biggest issue, not having seen this in-hand, anyway.

I just want to point out that I had the Nokia and BtS tracksuits and the Nokia will stain the body. The BtS was made differently as on the inside, it has some flaps from the same yellow material that can cover the black lines and avoid being in contact with the body.

That is something I really liked and thought was pretty smart on their part.

Comparing the BTS smiley & 75th sculpts directly, I think the smiley is lighter in skin tone, & the texture detail is around the same I'd say, with maybe the 75th edging out the BTS a bit in that department, if I had to choose. Also, the BTS smiley is quite a bit bigger than the 75th sculpt.

Yeah... the mouth expression is not the normal fighting look.

There are scenes in the movie where he has that expression like when he looks up at the 7"0 tall Kareem for the first time with the "holy s__t" expression, or the sudden realization of his opponents weakness look. That's the expression I feel this sculpt gives.

I don't hate it, but when I took it out of the box today to compare it to the 75th sculpt, it did not age with my current taste that well. Meaning, I liked it way more back when I purchased it, compared to now. I think this has happened to a bunch of figures I purchased earlier in my collection.

as a BL only collector that's the issue with most BL figures these days compared to the early releases.theres no doubt the painting/texture looks have improved a lot without doubt,but for me as I have said before the likeness of the sculpts have been poor when compared to the first releases,hence why the last 1/6 EB I purchased was the BL1.i would try and get some parted out bits like with the BTS,but apart from the nice dio with this it's an easy pass.for a cheap buy maybe that custom set for $55 I will have a look at as one of my suits zip has gone(plus the rest could be used).either way if you want a BL in your collection and don't mind the lack of a good likeness then maybe have a look at this(I don't think you will find a cheaper movie figure).

No you are not. The smiley sculpt looks like a sculpt of a child IMO.

Take a close look for the head sculpt and eyes is looking straight . How do you think that ? I see this seller has put up for sale ...another duplicate

yeah I saw that also,it's better than the usual EB eyes looking right,but it doesn't really improve the sculpt apart from better posing.if some of the recasters redid the mouth area then maybe,but I don't see it happening.but for $55 with the clothing etc,you could do a very cheap bash.
this is what I mean,with the sculpt cut off at the nose,this is where I see bruce the most.(just my opinion guys).

Yes , absolutely right ! I think I still prefer GOD behind the scene director ver . The one of damage head that they had screw up .

Man, Enterbay could just recast the old sculpts, tweak them a bit, and update the paintjob.
