Good that you don't care about the "skeleton" showing, I do and a LOT.
One thing are gaps, joints, things we can EXPECT from a figure...other thing it's an ugly piece of shiny plastic appearing in these joints bellow the "skin"...distracting a lot from the figure.
The skeleton could be made visibile on a non-defective figure by simply posing that part of the arm downward. It being able to stick out of the torso isn't an issue unless you can't keep it inside after readjusting it. I can push it back in, it just won't stay there.
