Yep, futzing in general refers to adjusting your figure until it looks right. So clothes, capes, shoulder gaps, etc. are futzed.

I totally agree with you. It wasn't the customer's fault that the figure was in that condition, so why does the customer have to shell out to get the faulty body back to them? International Shipping is not cheap.

Hey guyz,I just got my "Doll Rambo" and WOW!The figure looks way better than what PICS. show!^_^ Of course,my figure came with both exposed shoulder joints but just like the true-type muscle body(Barney Ross for example) you have to push the shoulder in and in this case push the shoulder joint back.Once i did that it stayed that way but i can see if someone was to constantly play with it then it's gonna take some futzing a few times more.The only real complaint with this figure would be that ugly seam that runs down the side of the torso(I HATE IT!)!I might have to put some putty and cover that nasty scar!Besides that i have no problems with it but i consider myself lucky cause some of you guyz have some real bad breaks with this figure(I mean you Blade!^_^)I'll tell you one thing i wish i had waited though because BBTS has it for PO @359.00 and by the time they get it Enterbay will more than likely have ironed out the kinks by then.ANyway,i'll post some PICS later on when i have a chance to get him situated.AWESOME FIGURE!

congratz snoop , looks like u got a good Rambo ,,,shock to see u not got the spare arrows, EB tut! tut ! figure is fine ,but missing parts they,ll send u a set of arrows am sure . thanks Breaker for showing us a open up Rambo really appreciate it, some of us might have resorted to tighten screw for fixing loose shoulders in the future .

Post on Bill's and Enterbay's facebook wall and send emails to their CS.
Seriously guys this figure is anwesome and all but it's expensive and it seems to be a factory defect.
At least it could make Enterbay adress the issue for those who preordered trough resellers.
Because it's them who are gonna take the heat.

Looked a few pages back and didn't see it posted, but in the BBTS newsletter I got today, this Rambo is listed for $359 with approx $20 shipping but is said to arrive in November. I first thought it might be Diamonds shipment but BBTS has "imported from Japan" in the item description so I guess not

guys if u have doll Rambo trick is when futz the shoulder gap closed, then any movement keep bit of pressure on shoulders try not to let it pop. play with the fig an am sure you,ll get the knack, keep straight arm movement , dont swing arms to pose, hopes this help ,s at certain angle if popped is near impossible to push back.

Bill was Facebook tagged at the airport today, so I'm wondering if he's leaving for one of the upcoming toy fairs -- and if he's taking his customer service rep with him. I simply don't understand it. Why does he need CS together with him at the convention? Someone here mentioned they were together at SDCC and for what? It's a completely pointless idea and keeps customers who've sent e-mails in the dark for days at a time. I still haven't received any reply to my PayPal dispute despite the fact that I opened it on Monday and EB's CS seems to have been active since then (nightsurf received his response). Quite frankly, this is pissing me off. Poor business decisions all around. I'm starting to think I'd prefer the refund and just return the thing, rather than to deal with this headache. Doesn't seem to me like he deserves a penny of that $400. He can shoot his mouth off all he wants, acting like he owns the greatest company in the world, but the lack of professionalism here is staggering.

But the figures are so damn good!

But compared to Hot Toys, I'll take the teasers, and everything Bill does. At least EB comes through with their figures, HTs takes years to put out a figure, and sometimes even cancels them. That's more unprofessional if you ask me.

Well not the QC problems. But yeah, their work is beautiful. It's a shame he hasn't the slightest clue on how to conduct business (overall) To some his attitude isn't an issue, i'm not even sure if I care, but some do. Nobody likes a BS'er and thus far he's proven himself all talk. Teasers are pathetic and customer service (the sole opportunity to gain repeat business) is nonexistent.

Nah I don't really feel that way. Enterbay is working on a hell of a lot less than HT and yet still seems to take for ****ing ever with them. I find the teaser stuff annoying as hell. Perhaps if they were decent teasers but I'm sorry I have zero interest in seeing a weapon or a ****ing box before I've seen the damn figure itself. Look at the Batman thread - it hasn't created excitement, in fact its created a mood of negativity toward EB in there. Plus with all the MIB and Rambo QC $h!t, these are far from perfect figures.

Agreed. This is all 100% fact. I just can't understand his attitude though. He's obviously invested a lot of time and R&D into his recent offerings. Bad CS and a childish attitude is not a smart move.
