Well, yeah he is, 46 actually. But in his latest movies he doesn't look that old.
I really hope he stays young, after him we don't have any other martial artist around, the new kids coming out of hong kong cinema are sucking in this department and are only good at looking androgynous, and the old ones are passing away or retiring.

Okay, we're getting closer now to real specs.
That shine in just one eye is weird though, should have edited it. I hope the hairline comes out that clean... it's such a delicate area of paint.

Ok WTH happened there? The initial unpainted/painted pics look fine but this latest pic doesn't quite look like Donnie Yen anymore. It's like his eyes is too droopy or something.

I know, it's something about the eyes. The shine on only one eye and the lids look slightly more pronounced due to the lighting. When I compare it with the headsculpt pics shown a while back, there is nothing different about it except maybe the paint.
