It probably means North America Exclusive. And no, that's all they've said about the White #45 so far.
Based on the box photos, it looks like they are just using the Upper Deck license, so they are not paying Nike, the NBA and anyone else separatly, whatever UD has access to, Enterbay now has access to...
But I thought I remembered seeing that it can't be sold in the US, which I am guessing has something to do with Upper Deck, not wanting it to be for whatever reason.
If it came with 2 head scuplts, warm ups, plus 2 jerseys I would easily pay $250 shipped, and probably $300. But since they are going to milk it for all they can (limited accessories with each release) I can't see buying more than 1 unless they are the same $180 price point as Kobe is.

I communicate with people in ENTERBAY via email.
I want to tell them of their faults figure to figure it improves jordan number 23.
This would require at least twenty people to follow me.
Here are the flaws I have used:
- Articulation of the knees,
- Painting at the abdominal are not the same color as the torso,
- Provide the number 23 on the black shorty shorts below the bulls,
- Some people who bought the figure, we have found a fault in the shoulder joint,
- The veins of the forearm.
If we mobilize all sending the same email that could be little walk.
If people agree do not hesitate to contact me or leave messages on the forum. It is with the fans that we ENTERBAY may advance progress on their faces.

Correct about the UD licencing. I called UD last week to see if they would be carrying the Enterbay MJ figs on their site. A rep told me that UD only sold Enterbay the licencing for these figures. From what I've been told UD isn't in a great financial state so it must have been a huge cash cow for them to sell the rights to Enterbay. No development costs to them, pure profit. Unfortunately North American Jordan collectors are getting the short end of their stick.
sounds like UD wanted the ability to potentially release their own Jordan 12" if sales went well overseas, they failed pretty horribly with their 12" statue of Jordan, although the 6" figures weren't bad, decent scuplts, and they look good next to McFarlane ones.
I was hoping their plan was just to be the only distributer in NA of these Enterbay Jordan figures but that doesn't look to be the case. IF UD is really hurting financially you would think they would want this released here, and to be the only distributer, talk about cash cow! Unless it violates all the rights they have to all the licenses, could just be a legal mess

You will not get a reply from them, since they are celebrating Chinese New Year till mid February.
One way to reach to them will be via facebook, go to Enterbay Bill and bombard your complaints daily, hes the CEO and will listen to your critiques.

Of course you are. Shocker.
Post it directly on the CEO's Facebook page. He goes under the name 'Enterbay Bill' on Facebook and accepts 'like' requests from fans.
He will read your comments ....and most lkely click 'like' and do nothing else. There are both way harsher and way more constructive comments on his page for previous products and they don't get deleted if you state things politely.
At least you'll know he's read it.
