I dont want it to havea seamless body... seamless bodies are NEVER an answer unless you wouldt want your figures to be static all times. In that case a statue is a better options. Ill be happy with visible joints like the HT BL 1/6 body...

Say what you want, but I think this figure could really use a rubber body, or at least rubber arms.

The joints on the 1/4 Rambo looked incredibly bad IMO.

I can see Enterbay doing a great job with a 1/4 rubber body - look at how well the Game of Death v3 figure turned out. I'll never get tired of extreme posing the hell out of that fine example of durable, QC-free awesomeness.

Seamless elbows & wrists would be enough for me. Although a fully seamless body would be really cool. I think it will be crazy jointed like their Rambo figure though.

:exactly::goodpost:

Agreed. If the elbows are covered, I think it'd look really good.

The HT Hulk is a good example of the seamless elbow done well.

I'm actually not that much of a fan of the HT Hulk right now :lol Although I can say the seamless elbows on it are not to blame :D

At 1/4 scale, joints are so magnified. I've already accepted that it might have joints everywhere, so I won't be overly disappointed if it is another Rambo type body.

If EB pulled off a good seamless rubber body (that could pose) with their 'Game Of Death' release, I'd imagine a few more people might also want a seamless rubber body for this release. Only complaint maybe, being possible rubber deterioration. But since the 'Game Of Death' release seemed to be riddled with QC problems, concerning the body, people don't seem to care for a potential repeat of that. Which I understand.

Although, I'm all for them giving it another try, to maybe learn from past mistakes, & improve upon that. If not for this release, then maybe for another planned figure :D

On another note. I want moveable eyes :gah:

moveable eyes is a no no,according to bill.need to see the price AND the body before i commit.i'm a huge BL fan but to part with 400-450 this is going to have to be perfect.

strangely the dx10 HTT800 PERs was done quite well.almost no PERs looking.But not always the case. hit and miss i guess. I also think gave rubber body another go some where along the line. But improve it leave out the brittle plastic and none peeling paint. the actual rubber still going strong on mine no ripping or burst elbows :)

As far as EB's Bruce Lees go it was only the WoD and GoDv3 sculpts that really suffered from the moving eyes set-up. Bill throwing in the towel on moving eyes after his failed EVision gimmick was shortsighted IMO.

Haha, shortsighted. I crack myself up.

The decision to do away with moving eyes really lacked vision.

Stop it, stop it, I'm killing me. *

I'm fine with seamless elbow if only they can make it as articulated as any other figure.
I don't want BL to be in static pose like their latest game of Death figure

Personally I don't see much point in articulated 1/4 scale stuff. You can't exactly go crazy with the poses anyway and I feel like you will very rarely change the poses. At that size they are best statues, but maybe that's just me.

I really like the idea of 1/4 figures, but it works best with fully clothed figures like EB's T800, Batman, & Joker. I like the freedom of changing poses when I feel like it. Although I like the Rambo figure, I do think the joints can be distracting.

Honestly...

For the elbow joints, if you bend them and put them in an angle, you don't really notice it. If the shoulder/torso joint is distracting, WOTD will most likely come with the black chinese shirt to cover it up.

The most distracting would actually be the wrist pegs. For whatever strange reason, EB uses these really dull colored pegs that are totally different colored from the arms and hands. That for me is pretty distracting.

Again... there are angles and poses that eliminate it, but come'on.. i mean... seriously.. how hard is it to mold the pegs from a similar colored pastic as the body?

Well said! You don't see any pictures of the EB Rambo with it's arms up in the air, doing a jumping jack. :lol

EB should use 1/4 versions of their older BL bodies, with the joints further up the forearms, instead of the wrists. It won't work as well on a WotD figure, because the sleeves might be too short to cover the forearm joints, but would work pretty nicely with FoF & 'Game Of Death'.

Yeah. For the most part I just see people putting the 1/4 figures in very static poses, usually with only slightly bent joints. It makes me wonder what the point of the articulation even was in those circumstances.

Here's one of the many benefit's of being a poseable figure, rather than being a statue. This is possible:

What's the point of articulation at this size? To increase awesomeness? :dunno

^:exactly::goodpost:
Never really a fan of statue. It's matter of preference because I like to have freedom to change pose to my hear content despite the fact I don't change it too often.
Back to BL, because he seem doesn't have many weapon, is there any chance EB will give us some diorama maybe?
