Good point but Aragorn the Ranger is technically ok as well. In RotK in Theoden's tent Elrond says "...The Shadow is upon us, Aragorn." and follows it up shortly after with "...Put aside the Ranger. Become who you were born to be.". So Ranger Aragorn is ok. Even though I personally prefer Strider.

Since the 12" Strider already comes with a ranger cloak (so it seems), I bet the exclusive will be the hilt of the Morgul Blade. And I really hope SSC will not make different versions of the LOTR characters.

"an opportunity to 'Priority Pre-Order' the Aragorn as Strider Exclusive 12-inch Figure from the movie 'The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring,"

this could mean its stider on weathertop and the ex could come with a burning torch.does this allso mean that they plan to release a aragorn from each movie.

Right...so if they are going with Strider.......which is really pre-Rivendell, there are not very many different items that they can give him. He really loses the name Strider after the Fellowship sets out from Rivendell.

I'm guessing that the exclusive will be the Essence of Viggo Mortensen's face, visible only to the true enthusiasts. Especially if their last name is Long.

Or perhaps the Evenstar. The only un-uber-nerdy thing they could conceivably give the Strider...

Yes, but it could also mean that they put the hilt of the Morgul Blade (which is far cooler than a torch, literally and figuratively!) in the exclusive box.
Man, I hope SSC is not going to hit us with multiple versions of each character!

Well, on the link he's located in Bree, with his ranger cloak (not Lorien Fellowship cloak) and it also looks like he has his pipe. Like when he's sat by the fire in the prancing pony.
