I agree, that's a pretty decent Athena and Boomer. Too bad they were never actually released. I welcome the possibility of Nanjin giving them their due, if he so chooses And if you go that route, Nanjin, please also give us some Cylon Centurians, Lucifer, and the Imperious Leader!

This is not what you expected, and it is also an unexpected character for a new company.

1) is it the Borg Queen? But the poster says Action Figures vs we said statue. We cam always go back to articulation.

2) is it Locutus? We never ever mentioned a Locutus. But it is a possibility.

3) can it be Seven of Nine? Technically she wasnt a borg but a xB. I did show a Seven sometime ago and yesterday was 7/9

4) can it be Huge? I am obligated to do X amount of new Trek every year, and I haven't mentioned any new Trek for 2021. Huge is like Seven a xB. But I do have the option to make a TNG Huge thereby able to create a line of Borg similar to the Storm Trooper.
5) my personal favorite borg - One. This one is remote.

Any of the above can be true, or I can also do All if the above.

This is also can be our debut of the “Iconic Character” line that won't follow their respected series release schedules.

If this is too stressful, then sit tight and wait for FC Picard arrival. It will become more stressful.

I can only say how I would view it. Looking at it only from the money = figure equation, I get it that you're spending extra $, but what's the alternative? The courier caused the damage, not Exo, so by that standard of fair, you would need to sell your damaged figure, settle with the shipper for the difference, including your cost of selling it, then hoping that you can find an undamaged figure by that point at original retail price. Only that way is the shipper the only one losing money. From a practical standpoint, for me that would be too much time, hassle and uncertainty to worry about $10 that essentially guarantees you a replacement. It's a bad situation, and I do sympathize, but like I said that's just how I see it.

All in all, I will look into the packaging. Shipping is like delivering the dishes to your table. I don't want a waiter kept spilling food. But we have no control if the waiter decided to do a few Kung fu move during the delivery. We can only use better dishes or bowls so the food will have less possibilities to spill before it reach patrons' table.

The whole process supposed to be enjoyable experience. We will work on this.

FYI, I am obligated to do New Trek Even though I love this obligation and have very little requirements, I could lose money if don't. I don't like technical errors especially they are avoidable.

I do have plenty of time to make Le Selsa (thats what I call them ) I love Raffi and like Elnor, and of course, Captain Riker (plus his Starfleet uniform is a must do) and Seven the Ranger.

New Trek will have their own operation. So Trek OGs need not to worry about classic Trek releases. They are on their own.

Ask more questions before I start phasing out from SSF.

More like a Farwell. There is a conflict of interest here when I post. Once I am deeper into this venture, the need of the many (the company) will outweigh the need of the one (me).

Is another unavoidable event that will happen.

Definitely I am not into customer service either. This thread will eventually becomes a customer service blog and I have no intention to become a customer service because I might ended up offending customers. There's no such thing as “customers always right” in my dictionary. This attitude forbids me from handling customer service.

Another reason I have been so active is because I have NOTHING to do beside waiting for factory's reports.

Furthermore, I am planning to return to China as soon as I can. Once I am there, no more FB or SSF, everything is blocked off in China even using VPN will soon be a national offense.

Anyway, phasing out is an unavoidable future. It will come.

Currently things look confusing but in a few months, things will change.

I wanted to show everyone what shape my box arrived in.
Exo offered to replace the figure if I sent it back the issue I have is having to pay for return shipping at my expense. I don’t think that’s a fair deal

As mentioned prior mine also arrived just in a shipper bag, we can blame the courier sure but charge me 10 bucks more for the figure and put it into the packaging it will save both me and exo a lot of money in the long run

The slow boat from China finally arrived in NY. It looks like I will get my Data on Wednesday. I sure hope it arrives in good shape. What shape was the shipping box in if the inner box arrived like that?

My data arrived yesterday! I de-boxed him today and posted a few snaps. Mine came in a shipper bag but was not damaged, thank goodness. I'm really happy with the figure and am looking forward to the next figures. Bring on the TOS and TNG figures!

Random question? Will Weyoun get a figure? I consider his Shran the Andorian a sure bet for Enterprise but Weyoun is overshadowed in popularity by his fellow Cardassian villains. I hope they ALL get figures.
