Archer looks good. Hairdos wasn't our decision. I like the earlier season more but we couldn't ignore Captain Archer own request.

Once the ENT Plan is finalized we will put him up.

I am very happy with the uniform. Just like real thing.

Yeah.. I’ll wait for the full reveal, but that’s a shame. I know certain actors have to sign off on their rights and prefer themselves looking a certain way.

To me Bakula/Archer’s hairstyle in season three and beyond doesn’t look as good in real life or in figure form. I’m a little less excited now, but I know Nanjin mentioned this previously too.

It’s an odd one, Archer. Exo-6 are doing their best but this some sort of ego request? Archer had some receding going on and you could tell they were trying to work around it from season to season, like they couldn’t quite settle on a suitable cut. From the tease it doesn’t quite look right. It’s like this style never appeared on the show but it’s perhaps the scultping throwing me off.

Yeah I could probably live with this hairstyle, but the way it's sculpted just doesn't look very convincing to me. Especially the way the hair stops right at his hairline and doesn't feather down at all.

Also seems like the face could be a bit leaner as well.

The sculpt of the hair almost looks kind of curly too. It’s odd. Curious to see how the final figure will look.

Otherwise from what I can tell the sculpt seems okay. The hair is really what throws it off. The outfit and phaser look good.

More often than not, actors control their own likeness rights, so if Bakula wants the Archer figure's hair to look like it did in the last two seasons of the show instead of the first two seasons because he liked it better, that has to be respected. Otherwise there might not be any figure at all.

I understand actors controlling likeness but it’s just an odd settle, probably because the tease doesn’t really resemble the look of later seasons either. As has been pointed out, it has a curlier, fuller vibe. Hopefully It’s still coming along.

So far in EXO-6's short history, lots of people have nit picks or even major complaints on the pre production photos that are shown. Once the figures are in hand nearly everyone praises the figure, and even those still with nit picks say the in hand figure is better then the photos that were shown.

That picture is of a sample. I'm willing to bet what we get will be a lot better then the picture

Yeah I agree, the in hand Janeway and EMH looks so much better in person. The only thing I hope EXO-6 can maybe improve upon is their hair sculpting. So far the detail in that aspect in all 4 figures released so far just needs some minor work in the finish. .

that being said…I couldn’t do any better so I probably shouldnt be critiquing

Dude, is going to be beyond Awesome this year. I think we not only can put smiles of Trek friends' faces, I think a few of our figures can drop a few tears

Budget your 2022 toys buying bank roll, either you increase by an unexpected large portion, or might need to give up a few Wars or a few masks.
