Question, if I just put a well sculpted Seven on to a generic reasonable or matching big ****s body in her cat suit, will you buy her?

I think Seven needs to be done using a seamless body, like TBLeague makes, in my opinion.

I fear that a standard body?s plastic joints on the shoulders, elbows, knees, and bum/thighs will show through the suit and make the figure look like toy doll.

If you think I?m wrong and that you can make it work, Tanjin, I happily defer to your expertise!

But whatever you do, please give us a good head sculpt without a sculpted neck, so we can have some better neck/head tilt articulation!

I am also curious to see how you will accomplish the ribbed midsection of the suit... Stitching in the suit? Or maybe a firm sculpted piece around the figure?s waist under the suit?

I can figure female figures as seamless ones only - as TOS Captain Kirk's in his 2nd season wraparound (with neckless head sculpt).

Definitely not conventional articulated body.

Its OK, I was mostly joking, didn't expect an answer.

Some intrepid poster here is already combing through this thread for those answers. I expect someone will piece together a list within a couple weeks.
This maybe the week.

Wow, this is freakin awesome! I've been hoping for a Captains line for ages.

Was definitely not expecting Picard with his jacket but it's a very cool choice.

And finally, a Captain Sisko! :yess:

I think I’m going to get all of the Captains. Janeway is the only one I’m iffy on, but to have all the classic era Trek Captains I’ll probably get her too.

I like how we’re getting different looks for Kirk and Picard. Picard’s jacket is kind of cool looking to me. I wonder if he’ll have the gray undershirt too. The wraparound dress uniform for Kirk is classic too.

Personally I'd rather have a Pike (either version) than Archer, but I realize they probably want to focus on the bigger names first.
Probably makes more sense to do Archer versus Pike. Jeffrey Hunter’s version was really not in TOS much at all. Also while I like Mount as Pike he’s been more of a side character to this point. Makes more sense to make him once Strange New Worlds starts up.

Well as I said here back on December 14th. Nanjin replied to a post I made in the QmX thread about how they should of lead their line with all the Captains. He indicated that he agreed, and looks like he is following through with it. I will definitely be getting them all.
