Hmm, for me it's the opposite. In fact QMx Kirk head sculpt is not bad. At least the prototype pics, I don't have the actual figs. The bodies, forget about it.

Has anyone ever had to get in contact with EXO 6s customer service? Anyone had any luck with that? I sure haven't

Indeed, I think this is the best Kirk head likeness of all that I have seen, including the EXO-6 TMP, and it really captures the vigor, determination, strength and confidence of Jame T. Kirk. The body and the uniform, meh. I think the V1 body on Kirk is better. V2 made him look wimpy. I don't know why they did that.
Yeah I didn't care for the V2 Kirk either. I think Nanjin was trying to capture Shatner's slimmer look from the first season, but it just didn't look right and made him seem more like a younger 20-something Kirk.

Unfortunately I have and it was not a positive experience. I had to email them several times both directly and through the "contact us" page on their website before I finally received a response. Even then there was still a lot of back and forth before they finally conceded there was a problem and shipped a replacement. I won't order direct from them anymore because of my experience with their shoddy service. Don't get me wrong, their products are great and I'll continue to order the ones I'm interested in, just not directly from them. Every other vendor will ship these items in another outer shipping box. EXO-6? Nope, just a plastic wrapper. Unless your mail carrier is a saint, boxes will be dented and, in some rarer cases, items damaged.

Two very official and scientific poll questions:

1) During a zombie apocalypse, if you had to possess just ONE Star Trek action figure that you could safely carry around in a special bubble wrap contraption in your backpack while fending off zombies—and having been forced to abandon all the rest of your Trek figures from your collection in search of food and safety—which one would it be? Applies to all figures already produced or projected to be released with a prototype photo seen.

2) Same question but applies to any Star Trek figure not yet a glimmer in Nanjin's eye. Unlikely since this scenario would be per chance the zombies are defeated and the world of action figure production would resume as before with Nanjin as one of the uninfected survivors!

Your answer might be the same to both questions or it might not.

At least you've heard from them. I've tried their email several times with no reply. I want to support EXO directly, but I think I'm to a point where I'm gonna go thru BBT or someone else. I've never seen an company that won't reply at all.

Hang in there. There's two email addresses you can to contact EXO-6. One is "operations at exo-6.com" and the other is "hello at exo-6.com." I sent each of my messages to both. If you've already waited several days and they haven't replied, just send a new email to both addresses daily. That should get them to respond, at least it worked for me. Communication is still a bit of a challenge though. I get the impression the person on the other end is using a translator to read and compose their replies.

Regarding an alternative to order from in the future, I'd recommend Timewalker. BBTS is great and their $4 shipping is nice but they're very slow to receive new product. Timewalker is only about a month to a month and half behind the EXO-6 direct orders.

Good luck!
