I don't think he's figured it out yet. He did say all the figures would be numbered and if it showed up on Evilbay he would revoke your membership and keep your other deposits

I've asked. But he doesn't really have an answer yet. He's probably still considering it. Membership here does not seem to invalidate it, though.

Might be something absurd. Like "have bought all the figures so far". I have no idea what kind of rules it could have, or how limiting it to that is in any way beneficial but I also have no idea about anything on running a business like this lol.

I've got a handful of figures (so far I have 4, 1 on the way, and 2-3 preordered) through EXO-6.com. I don't know how they'd track anything outside of EXO-6.com. I've also bought 1 from a secondhard seller which can't count towards anything.
If it's just signing up through facebook that would be surprising. I hope it' snot like " have boght 20 figures directly from EXO!"

Shenanigans like that seem like a good way to have PayPal drop you (the seller) from utilizing their services.

I’m getting the impression he’s starting to realize he’s not going to be able to do everything that he and the fans expected him to do. So some things are getting thrown into the old fashion custom production. I read that Rand and TOS Klingons will also not be mass produced.

Well it would be one thing if S31 was just for alternate outfits (like a Spock's Brain jumpsuit) or 4th tier characters only a small group would be interested in, which seemed to be the original idea. But putting more important or iconic characters in there like Kor or the Romulan Commander is a different matter, and I think will just create lots of frustration and bruised feelings among collectors.
