The Express Updates originally came on Tuesdays, but for the last few weeks that have been coming on Wednesday, so I think the official day has changed to Wednesday.

Although Express Updates have typically gone out on Tuesdays and in some instances Wednesdays there really isn't an official day for them, so I wouldn't depend on one particular day of the week over the other.
