They can't print reviews, like in papers, until the day after the movie comes out. That's all I need to know.

If this turns out to get horrible reviews, it's going to have to be X-Men Origins bad, two horrible superhero movies got decent reviews this year and it's just hard for me to see this being worse.

Dude, they may have not hit your refined standards for films, but to say that AOU/Antman were horrible SUPERHERO movies is a bit much. I think some of you guys expect way too much out of comic book movies.

Not happening. Even if it flops Fox still holds them. They might trade them to Marvel for more X-Men stuff but Disney won't agree so Fox will keep them until the next deadline

Fox held Daredevil once if you remember. People are assuming that if this flops they'll simply allow the rights to lapse and ignore it altogether. Even Singer went from talking about an FF/X-Men movie crossover being a sure thing to all of a sudden being dependent on how the films do (Both FF and Apocalypse.)

If this flops and it seems like it just might, I have a feeling that Fox will either A: try to sell them back to Disney and make money that way or B: Try to jointly produce something similar to Sony and the Spider-Man licensing. I don't think Fox will just let these gather dust and even if so it'll take a long time. Slade's reboot of Daredevil was in preproduction hell for a looong time before they just decided to let Marvel/Disney get it back.

Looks like the new FF is another spectacular ****fest for Fox, huh? Three times now and three straight strike outs. Inning's over. Time for Disney to have their at bat with the MCU version of FF.

X2, Spider-Man 2, and Batman Begins all came out more than a decade ago, why shouldn't my standards for superhero movies be high now?

Cheers mate.

Maybe someone can cut & paste scenes from the first two in with some from this new one, & actually make ONE GOOD film.

Thank you & goodnight. :duff
