I've read my fair share of reviews, but I'm quite certain none of them ever began with 'Anyways, I just got back from this cinematic version of a hooker on an abortion table' or ended with 'I would stand in Times Square naked with a sign that said "Godzilla is Coming, We're All Doomed!" before I ever watch this movie again.'

:rotfl :rotfl :rotfl

I was just joking, I was responding to the comment you made about Michael B Jordan.

The first teaser was great to me, I loved that trailer and most of that trailer is not in the movie :lol

There's enough Spiderman/Iron Man from the hood in Times Square, I needed to come up with something different. :lol

Me, the naked cowboy and the 2 painted chicks. :lol

I wanted to like this movie. I really did. I'm a big comic book fan and I too saw glimmers of goodness in both Amazing Spidey 2 and Green Lantern. As I watched FF I kept saying, "ok it's not that bad" over and over again. Right up until the Thing was sent to bring Reed in. At that moment when that big orange pile of rocks gave the pliable Reed Richards a head butt, knocking him out then I said, "Ok it's bad."

You do not leave this movie dying to read Ultimate FF. :lol

What weird disjointed relationships everyone had, I didn't care about any of them when it came time to care.

They did not, half of them just pretended they knew it was going to be good the whole time and the other half just stopped commenting. Only Riddick stuck to his guns :lol

Alright, guess I was just assuming but you were much more actively involved in the thread at the time so you'd know better than I.

Just make sure you have one of these ready for after the movie.

I was thinking the same thing! No one interacted with the Thing until the very end. I was like, why is Ben Grimm even in this movie?

If Fox is seriously looking at making a sequel to this, they should just say most of this movie was a dream, and start the sequel off with them already the F4 :lol

I just can't see how they could follow up after this movie, all that talk in the beginning about this movie being character driven and about them becoming a family was thrown right out the window.

I still don't remember if he and Sue ever spoke to each other :lol

I really don't think they did. I think his only interaction was just staring at her at the science fair :lol and getting Grimm to just show up the night they go, barely made sense. :lol

There were moments where I thought, "oh hey, maybe this DOOM will work." There were very small cracks where true DOOM leaked out, like the part when they first get to the planet and everyone is happy saying "we did it" and Viktor mutters to himself at the same time "I made it". very doomy

Yea, he actually felt like more part of the team than Ben did. He interacted with Reed the most and had history with Johnny and Sue. I still think most of his character developing scenes got cut.

The craziest thing about this movie this movie is that Fox didn't even let the actors watch the film, so for most of their interviews they were actually hinting at stuff and confirming stuff that they thought was in the movie that never made it in such as their iconic suits, and Dooms real name for Christ sake :lol

Yet, there was so much potential.

They can skip to a year later :lol

I hear you, I saw a very Doom-like character there, especially when it was mentioned that he was the smartest person in the room.
