Not sure if serious.
Enough Hobbit talk, there'll be enough time for that later
Yeah, really. Don't even know why that even needs to be mentioned in a thread that's about the best Superhero movies of Summer 2012.
I feel asleep during the hobbit trailer. A few small dwarfs with beards singing a depressing song in a hobbits house isn't my idea of an exciting trailer. I'm sure the movie will be good but how anyone could say with absolute certainty that it will be better than either Avengers or DKR is beyond me. I'll wait until I've seen the movie before putting my neck on the block.
Epic failure "King Kong". Nothing is guaranteed.

Avengers was a great comic book movie. The Dark Knight Rises was a great movie that just happened to be based on a comic book. I think there is a difference.
Amazing Spider-man wasn't even the best Spider-man movie.
SnakeDoc
I thought The Avengers was the best comic-book movie I've seen and a fantastic movie all around. I thought TDKR was a solid comic-book movie and a solid movie as a whole, but not even the best movie in this series.
Spidey was good on par at worst with Spider Man 1.

Says the dude with Batman sig and avy.
There is a reason people are saying that if TDKR doesn't win an Oscar, no comic book movie will. I don't think anyone said that about Avengers.
They're not from the movies though, they're comic based.
That's just silly talk. Neither film is anywhere close to Oscar-winning caliber.
Ooooooooooooh, that makes all the difference. Then we'll just ignore the fact that he's been fanboygasming for TDKR since before it was announced and drama queening every negative comment about it.
