that said, im not a futbol fanatic, so im not as educated as most of you guys on the subject, i just really enjoy the world cups since my first in 86

btw i have a pdf of the 86 world cup sticker album if anyone wants one PM me its not scanned super well but its cool for nostalgia purposes

Messi's teammates were piss poor last night and he had to literally do something all alone to pull them out. Every pass he made they couldnt put the ball on target, he had to literally play the ball from the defence to bring it upto the attack. Its times like this when your whole team is playing like bull that the big names have to really do something special. Its not possible but ifyou do it you get hailed. Like Messi did, last night.

If you are unfortunate and cant, you get booed like Ronaldo got. Which is wrong. No player (except maybe crazy Pepe) deserves to be booed.

Although, there might be hope now that Portugal is getting crushed. Suddenly, the door opens for the US IF they beat Ghana. A big if.

Ghana is a really good team. They have made it out of their groups the last two World Cups. Portugal is always overrated. I doubt they will make it out of the group. Atleast I can root for Germany afterwards since both of my parents are German. Rather root for the USA. Hopefully it will a good game!!
