As do I, but Takeya's is the exception. He generally makes it work for me.

Definitely holding back on the stylization.

Same here, but I'm liking this new head style as well. Would be pretty happy if they released an alternate version as well, or had a pack in alternate head. Neither of those seem likely, however.

Urgh. First chink in the armour for me. Not impressed with that heavy brown wash, it's not very refined.

It's funny, I really like the pronounced brown wash. To each, their own, I guess. I'll definitely be picking up this figure to go with my Takeya Alien statue. The predator looks interesting, but I think the paint choices will make or break that figure for me.

I see what P. and TooNiche mean when I look at it closer. I mean the brown wash even seems to be between the teeth.

I think the orange is a bit too saturated in areas, but that can be toned down fairly easily, so no big deal for me. I like the idea of a slightly rusty look, but I agree it is a little overdone here.

I hope this Big Chap figure won’t be a let down like the last Monsterarts figure. It seems that import Big Chap alien figures don’t get sculpted taller than 6 inches. The only alien figure that seems proper height was may be the AVP Monsterarts figure. Neca is currently filling that gap in my 6 inch collection but still they are a tad too tall.
