I got this anger vibe from his pose Sean, like when he was relentlessly after Dent in the truck chase lower 5th avenue shootout. If there is a nice RPG in this scale...just a thought. Hang him inside the door of the truck. Or some other scene were he looks relentless.

Or a big metal rod beating the snot out of Batman, he was definitely viscous at that point, I actually found him seeming like a whole new character at that moment, things got pretty extreme there.

I love the MM line, my only real gripe with it is how they're basically just figures, no accessories for them. A gun for Joker would have been nice. Certainly I hope if they get to Two-Face, he'll have a gun.

We gotta get a Two-Face, after that amazing film I must have one!!!

Holy Crap Les! That is perfect! Right out of the Mob Boss scene for sure! I can't believe how open you made the eyes. As Sean said, the factory paint makes him seem very squity eyed. Seeing Josh's in person makes me appreciate all of the details you BOTH put into these for me. I mean I see a piece of the lower eyelid is unpainted! I know that can't even be as thick as a piece of paper, but you got that detail in there! Amazing!

I know this wasn't you or Josh's main format, but I hope you enjoyed it and that it improved your small detailing skills. By the looks of it, it did! :rock :rock :rock :drool :drool :drool

Thanks Buttmunch. That scale is hard for me to work in, since I am so used to 1/6, but it was fun, if time consuming. Thanks for your comments.

Here is proof positive that heads are coming!

This is one of several Reeses, AR Ballistic's to be specific :horror, that is about ready for clearcoats and prepping for shipping.
Also in the block are most of those Spikey Haired Hicks heads, in various degrees of finishment, along with a lot of singles and others.

Thanks all for your continued patience with me in these times of delays and extreme familial frustrations. It has indeed been an awful few months for me. Your kindnesses, messages of support, and understanding, and the chair, is appreciated by all here I assure you! Your long waits are soon at an end. :rock

And for those that aren't so patient with me, well, some of you are getting your's soon also, so cheer up! :lol

More to come soon! Update #2 this week!

Great *ucking work Les on the small Joker. I saw him in the store and I thought "Damn, Les could turn him into gold." and I was right.

Freaking awsome. Last week I went thru your intire thread and wa amazed at all the pics. When I pic up a hs to paint I chant 'WWLD' and try to channel some of your skill. I keep telling my wife one day I'll actually get a sculpt painted by Figure Master Les.

DUDE.... Les, amazing work on that MM Joker and a great compliment to the one I did for BM, should look very cool together. :rock

And INSANE Biehn.... you just continue to improve there bro, it's stunning work.

Les, glad to hear your mom is settled in and I hope she likes her new digs! That chair looks really comfortable! Thanks also for keeping us looped in to your progress. I haven't pm'd or emailed you because I don't want to be a pest and I really appreciate your keeping us informed even with everything you've had to do by yourself these past few months! :angelsmil

I'm a fairly patient gal, I think, but I confess I'm all a-flutter to see my heads when you are able to get to them!! :monkey3 :peace Take it easy and keep posting those heads!! :joy

HELL YES!!!! That's what I'm talking about!!! It looks AMAZING LES. I can't wait bro. Thanks for making my day.:D

That Kyle Reese looks great Les! Wow, I didn't really notice the scar on his face in the movies that much. But I really like it. Incredible work again Les!

Did you say "spikey-haired" Hicks heads? :horror Allright! That means mine's in that batch some where close to "finishment". I like that word...finishment. Nice one Les. :D

Can't wait to see your Update #2! Could my other project with you be close to "finishment"?

"Look, up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane....it's..........." (hint, hint!)

No Mike. Sad to say, Superman figs are a bit off yet. WAY too much other stuff in the way. I hoped those Batman figs I sent you would sooth your savage beast a bit while I worked on the other stuff. Hang with me bro. Hicks will be soon though. Sooner than Supes at any rate.

And thanks AR. Glad to serve. See, the wait, pays off.

OK, news.
I am typing at this moment, on an ICU patient family access waiting room computer, due to the fact that Ma is in ICU tonight. Yes, more fun. Seems either her meds have been messed up, or there is something more important going on. Seems her right kidney is swollen, and she has been in some pain for the last day or so. ALso, there is some test that has them concerned, regarding her blood, might be as a result of said kidney problem.
EIther way, I will know more soon.

Been a long day. I broke off at 6:30 here and went with a buddy to see Dark Knight again, and even though I did laugh more than I have at the movie (my buddy was cracking up at everything the Joker did, and it was funnier tonight...I needed the laughs I tell ya...) but all the while, all I could think of was Ma. So, after the show, I came back up here to relieve my sister, who was with her in that period, and she hadn't been moved from the Emergency Room area yet, so I hadn't missed anything. Didn't think I would, hence my escape. I needed it.
Anyway, my shift now. Here till things settle, then back home to sleep, so I won't log on here until tomorrow sometime, when I know more.

SO, keep the prayers coming guys. This is a period I hope I won't live through again, and I feel it is not over...so...onward I go.

I'll check in and keep you guys updated. Sorry about yet another delay. At least I got some good work done, and am much closer on a lot of work. Needed that for sure!

Til I know more.

Les

Damn Les.... I'm sorry to hear about that. I'll keep her in my thoughts bro, and do send her my love. Really is horrible that this bad luck stream isn't letting up, I do hope the dawn does eventually come. I'm here for you bro, if you need a kind word.

Les, you're too good a man to worry about business amdist something like that. I sure hope your customers will be understanding of your needs, these circumstances are beyond control and far more important.

As always, I wish you, your Ma and your family the best through all this, and if you need to talk give me a shout.

Hi Les. I wasn't serious and the Christopher Reeve Superman. I know it's a ways off as you told me. I'm very sorry to hear about your Mom's condition. I hope and pray things will improve for her.

Like we have all said for the most part here on this board, family is the most important thing in life. Everything else can wait. You've had a rough year. But know that you'll always have my friendship, respect and support.

Remember what Harvey Dent said in The Dark Knight. "The night is darkest before the dawn". I hope your dawn comes up very soon! Keep us posted.

Yeah, we totally understand. All you needed to do is let us know the situation, and you've done that, so take care of your Mom now. Don't worry about us at all. You're too good of a man to have to go through all of these problems - your folks too. You guys are in my thoughts and prayers as well.

And as JediMike said, "THE DAWN IS COMING!"

Love your Reese as always Les. You never fail to impress with everything you do.

And I'm not sure how you can even think about working on customs when there's stuff going on with your Mum, I know I couldn't concentrate for weeks when I went through everything with my Dad.... you're an amazing fella for even thinking about painting.

And I hope all your customers understand that. :bow

My thoughts are with you and your Mum

Great work on the Reese head!
As always I hope things work out OK with your Ma and everything,at times like this figures have to take a back seat and you're totally doing the right thing.
