Weren’t they planning to release Tifa ahead of Noctis?

We've been seeing a lot of pics of Noctis in full production, so my guess is either they're completely lying low on any mass production pics of Tifa or they're going to get Noctis out the door first.

Anybody done business with Hobby Genki lately? My first order with them went fine, but my second order with a few of the recently released FF7 Bring Arts has been sitting in the 'private warehouse' for almost a month now. I've followed their procedure and asked them to prepare my shipment, but they responded with "Our staff is in training, we will prepare your package as soon as we can". I sent them another email 4 days ago, and they haven't responded.

I'd cancel and/or file a chargeback, but it looks like Barret, Sephiroth, and Red XIII have all sold out everywhere else.

If anybody else is still waiting on Hobby Genki, try messaging them through the Contact Us link on their homepage. I reached out a few days ago, and got a prompt reply, they sent the invoice, I paid it, and my package shipped out.

Previously, I'd messaged them through the Order History in My Account, and they didn't respond. So maybe the messages are routed through different functions of their operation?? I dunno, either way I'm just happy it's finally shipping out.

No problem, glad it helped. It's daunting at first, but it's actually very simple and effective mod.

Took out Remake Cloud's armor pieces and onto Cloud's 1st class body and I used Advent Children Cloud's HS. Check out @PCWW88 guide above.

Gametoys Cloud GT-006D have two shoulder pads, can you remove on shoulder pad and make him into Remake Cloud?

The shoulder pad is attached via a hard plastic rod on the shoulder pad looped through a soft plastic hole in the harness. It's not difficult to detach. But the harness is one molded piece, so you cannot remove the the piece with the hole (which will now be visible), nor can you remove the underpiece which the Remake harness does not have. But there are other differences from the remake outfit (the shoulder pad itself is completely different, plus the gloves), so you can't truly convert this into a remake look just by removing one shoulder pad anyway.

Not mine but I have seen pics of someone body swapping Barrett. It looked like a bit of adjusting went into the height, but maybe there's a better body out there

It's mine. For Barret I used body AT-030 from Worldbox. Body skin tone is surprisingly matched the head sculpt though, even more than Sharktoys's body (same body with SOOSOOTOYS The Boss-man Kingpin)

Body does look bulkier, The skintone always bothered me but that WB body does look closer!!
Was it difficult to switch out the costume?

Nice, your pics actually made me consider getting this Barrett, but some of the adjustments looked tricky so I gave up. Looks way better than the stock body tho
