So you think they might be here, just waiting for you to ask a question?
I know I would be.

There is a $600 statue up for preorder now (not a WL) due to ship in March and only 1 payment option? Why isn't there any flex allowed?
A thousand pardons. Don't let me interupt this spectacle of gratuitous posturing. I know how you enjoy it with your bread.
I am not sure which item you are speaking of as you did not give me an item name. However, let me see if I can quickly explain.
The item is shipping in March and the current date is now February 10th: If you selected a 5th payment, then the system would let you know there is only ONE payment left in March with that option as Feb 5th has already passed. If you selected the 10th the system would tell you there is only ONE payment with that option as the 10th of Feb is already reached and the next would be 10th of March.
However, If you selected the 15, 20, or 25th it would show you two options for payment, both in February because that date has not been reached yet and in March. It would only show you two since the item is getting ready to process and ship within two months being March. Newer pre-orders will allow for more payments as there are more months in between the pre-order date and the shipping date!
If we review stock and realize we have units available after processing, we may return this item to in-stock status with the flex pay option again.
The ARH Medusa. It only allows you select 1 payment
Ah, that was actually slated to ship in February but the in coming shipment has been delayed and on Wednesday was pushed into March for processing. Hence why there are no new flex schedules for her. Our inventory coordinator should be review units on her and adjusting for flex for March. I would check back at end of day!
Cool thanks Chicky
EDIT: It would be cool if you could make it so they'd get crossed out or change color as the payments were received. But I'm just getting greedy now![/QUOTE said:Not sure I know where you are referring to? If you go into your online account and look at your personal calendar you will see your flex payments imbedded in your account. If you click on the notation it will bring up the number of payment that one is and the amount you owe and if we processed it or not. There should be no need to strike off payments?

As always it would be quicker to receive an answer if you contact us directly through live chat or call us directly. You could have most likely received a flex schedule on Wednesday or Thursday rather than waiting.
Live chat seems to be easier for international customers but we do have a toll free US based number below in my signature file!
