Speaking of creative, I'm thinking about starting to make my own action figures starting next year. I've done some research but still have some more to do before I dive in headfirst.

If I had any sculpting skills whatsoever I would love to. I'm going to start working with pieces of existing 3.75" figures then casting and creating my own characters. I've always loved the style and stuff created by guys like Sucklord, Healeymade, Killerbootlegs, etc. Like I said, I'm not very physically artistic but I'm going to try. If I like what comes out of it then I might even look into carding and selling them eventually. More than anything I want to just have fun with it.

I got the 6" Boba Fett at Barnes and Noble today. I was tired of checking Target all the time. He's definitely the best in the series. Everyone should own this figure.

If I had sculpting skills, I'd construct a 1/6 Amanaman and Ephant Mon. Sadly, I do not.

I'm still looking. Haven't found another since the last one that was horrendously painted.

If you do have a Barnes and Noble near you, it might be worth a look. They had three at the one near my work last week. They're $25, but more to compare and less running around.

If it is 2 grand, I may have to pass on it. I'll pray for less... But I suppose seeing it is key. Once I see it, I may not be able to resist it. OR I'll think it's crap and decide to pass...

Thank you, guys! It's just freelance stuff, perhaps a couple cards here and there, but to say I somehow did something 'Star Wars', if you know what I mean, would be beyond cool. Maybe even do an exhibit at a Celebration down the line?? Anyway, it's worth a try.
