I had a pretty nice Christmas haul from my friends and family. My best friend got me the Hot Toys Predator 2 and my mom got me the Scar Predator figure! I also got the Pacific Rim and Guillermo Del Toro books as well as some great Lego sets and games/movies.



My friend at work got me a plush Cacodemon from Doom. It's amazing.

Wow, very awesome! Did they coordinate with each other? It would have sucked if they both got you the same Predator figure! Just don't let your Uncle near them. Sorry, I couldn't resist... But I do feel bad about your broken statue...

My friends and family just ask me what I want for Christmas and birthdays, so it makes it easier for them.

I'm still really bummed about it. I was so happy when I won that statue a few months back. I'm gonna see what I can do with it later this week.

I the Talk like a Wookiee book and the '66 Batman and Robin 2 pack from my daughters and cash from my in laws. My wife and I have been buying ourselves stuff instead of traditional gifts.

Angie and I usually don't do gifts for each other. Like most collectors we buy what we need as we find it etc. Every few years we will buy gifts, but usually we just go out to a very nice dinner and movie or something for the both of us.

Gah! I think this medication I am on is keeping me from getting to sleep. I tossed and turned for 3 hours and finally said screw it and got up. Same last night but did manage to fall asleep after awhile. I'll have to remember to take it a few hours before bedtime. Ugh.
