So the dude I am returning my HT Cap to (which will be delivered to him tomorrow according to USPS) is now selling a HT Cap that was displayed, but "otherwise mint." I have a pretty strong feeling this is the flakey shielded, broken buttoned, pants on the ground figure that I just mailed back to him. I kinda feel like I should say something so someone else doesn't get shafted. This dude swore that he had no idea the figure (that I bought as "new") had been displayed. But he's aware of the problems now (I even sent pics) so it sure looks like he's being purposely deceptive.

I don't think so. Only the original WII is backwards compatible with the Gamecube mini discs.

Yeah, I still have my Wii. I dunno if I wanna give you myy Gamecube now, waller. I just hooked it up and it works perfect and I wanna play Mario Kart.

Nice set up! My 2 pack is going straight in the Batmobile when I get the room.

I saw a different game listed on eBay (Mario Galaxy 2) that says it is Like New. I sent the guy an email asking about scratches on the disc and he said there was one. How is that Like New? I've never seen scratches on my games?

It isn't like new but to help push your sale, it's what sellers do. Your best bet for perfect games is to try and find a physical used game store near you so you can inspect the discs. Or bite the bullet and buy a sealed copy.
