I just went to the "Johnny Depp might play Dr. Strange thread"..... Now I know why I no longer post in areas other than SW.

I said the same thing. I just dropped the sub to the movie ratings movie. It just get too stupid.

So. I'm two out of four boxes in with the Death Star. It's really going pretty quick! I thought that once those sketch cards would come from Topps, still waiting, that I would have to take a big break from the DS, but at this rate I might be done before I even get them!

And some other practice cards should be there soon too

My wife said to check your original Offer Letter when you got hired, or check your employee handbok if you have one. If it says that they hired you "At Will" then they can pretty much fire you for whatever they want. If it doesn't then you can sue. Check with a lawyer anyway, it couldn't hurt.

Thanks for the info! Ideally, if they don't try to c-block me from unemployment, I will probably just move on as it has been a miserable experience. As several wise 'tinians have pointed out - it'll be for the best in the long term. Luckily I have a ****load of sick time so I am taking most of this week off (got a doctor's note so they can't f with me about it). It's just weird being in this I-know-I'm-fired-but-I'm-not-fired-yet position. I wish they had just done it. Guess they weren't expecting me to find the job listing.

Damn, after catching up on 30 pages of this thread - rep power, jolly ranchers, YoNoSe's shafting by his boss that could well turn out to be a blessing (I'm sure it will mate, being free of an a-hole boss is always a good move in the long run), gay cowboy beards, lego sets...

... the one thing that really sticks for me is that I want to bang Emma Watson so hard.

I appear to be at 5 and holding... not worried though as there's a lot of room to grow after you hit the full 10

I have been giving rep to a number of custom artists, I figure that's a good way to encourage the work people are doing.
